Clearly doesn't' like criticism or dissent.

Maybe it's not occurred to her that she works for a PLC and that the information is in the public domain.

And at the very least, 0700hrs on the 7th August, I expect a media release from Bowie as the absolute minimum.

I agree on Grafintec EricDraven, but at the same time, when they come calling for cash, how will you feel about anything contained within the prospectus or RNS?

My guess is that private investors won't be approached for cash, and we'll get wiped out either with dilution or the worst case scenario, taking it private.

Who looks after our interests?

And by justifying themesleves, I do not mean the reporting of the mantra 'An independent consultant set our renumeration'.

The independent consultant that shareholders paid for.

And quite frankly, Budge combined the two roles on his own. So what is sh doing to justify the role.

Salaries have increased, and productivity has decreased.

And yes, I will be making an issue of the renumeration that Teddy Bowie receives, and will do so at the next AGM.

They can buy a corporate jet when the SP is £1, but it's not. The SP, which is an indicator of company health, is dismal Performance is appalling, and they they are, awarding them selves options and payrises for failure.

They are winning, and investors are not.

Profit seeker, for me it's the fact that focus has already been lost on Kallak. That should be the focus. Momentum has been lost, and these Grifters are chasing more money elsewhere.

It's the lost time that matters.

They are employees of Beowulf Mining and should justify themselves to shareholders

Budge was paid £375k in 2022, with a base salary of £210k. Up from £187k in 2021. So he was rewarded for undertaking a massive dilution of shareholder value. Rewarded for failure.

Salaries in 2022 accounted for around £500k - with no mention of Jokkmok Iron AB or Grafintec salaries as they are limited companies and the reporting requirements are different.

So the fundraise and it's net of £3.75 isn't that impressive with that sort of cash burn on salaries alone.

I'll keep looking for the salaries of Sandborgh and Rasmus.

Nice part-time work if you can get it.

And there you have it - The staus quo established, where's it's ok for them to have multiple directorships.

It's clearly a lifestyle post for our CEO, chairman and BOD, and evidently not a full-time post. No focus, and no incentive to progress.

As I've stated previously, they get paid regardless.

Rewarded for failure.

Conflicts of interest? You can be sure of it.

The outcome could be a trigger for the SP, but the company needs to get it's Arris in gear and play it's part.

I wouldn't however be at all surprised if they are granted a further extension.

The Swedish market is the one to watch...

And from the RNS dated 15th February 2023, this little beauty of a lie...

"The funds will be used to progress at pace the development of the Kallak North Iron Ore Project, the environmental permitting and pre-feasibility study, as well as drilling the Kallak South exploration target."

I can barely wait to see the RNS for the next fundraise.

A 6-month review of a company this size? Incompetent clueless, hopeless, devoid of ideas?

How can the company go from the game changing issuance of an exploitation licence to this sorry state of affairs.

If there is a plan, the board would do well to announce it. The fact that they haven't, indicates that there isn't one.

So what do they do on a daily basis? And is Bowie going to relinquish his other directorships? Or is this just another gig to top-up his retirement fund at our expense?

And should there be a cunning plan, who is going to finance it? Quick show of hands...

Investors are screwed.

EricDraven, they are driven by self interest - Salaries are the main driver. As I've stated previously, they can raise capital in perpetuity, and the only people it harms are existing shareholders.

6-months to review what exactly?

Sub 1p is a distinct possibility, and let's face it, we are not far off.

Anyone researchzd the type of business can buy for £3m... we would have had a return on investment by now. Comical

I'd actually be embarrassed to be Budge, Röstin or Bowie... But then these have no shame.
