My guess, and it's just that, a guess, is that Vardar will be dispensed with. Either sold, and it's value is minimal, or simply wound up. The downside of that is the other minority owners will be no doubt entitled to a percentage of the net assets. But we will at least see a return of cash.

Kallak is up in the air, and in my kind, Grafintec will be the focus in the short term. It could, with a plan, be cash generative very quickly, that would then provide revenue for the development of Kallak.

Maybe someone should read my posts? I've been quote vocal about Vardar... I've even had a peak at their accounts. Maybe I'm filtered... Who cares.

Grafintec probably won't be a miner in the short to mid term. That much seems clear.

We know that the company has been treated with utter contempt; However the board has the company's destiny and future in its own hands. It's in their control... They can either choose to make this a success for all, or to continue down the well trodden path of Budge et al and milk it for all its worth.

Bowie has hardly been impressive, with a distinctly low profile to date, but he's certainly had an impact so far with the removal of Sound Bite Sandborgh.

Grafintec is key in all this... And I think funds will be repatriated from Vardar too.

The board have driven this to the rocks, including your beloved Kurt Budge and the anonymous Ulla Sandborgh. It's no coincidence that they've been dispensed with.

To reiterate for your benefit, Budge destroyed shareholder value not once, but twice with his ill-considered capital raises.

And on that last point, I want to absolutely wrong. But news and progress create value, and until the management focus their energies on their roles and responsibilities instead of their bio on LinkedIn, then little will change.

Oaktree - For the life of me, I cannot see any drivers this year that will push the SP to the dizzying heights of 5p for several reasons. Firstly, there will be a fundraise, and it will be at a discount to the SP whatever that might be at the time of the deal. The market knows this, which does nothing more than depress the share price. That fundraise, which I expected to be this year, might know be delayed due to the cessation of work on the Kallak project - But it will happen.

Secondly, events of the last 12-months, including the lacklustre fundraise, the departure of Budge and the anonymous Sandborgh, And the cessation of activity on Kallak, has destroyed what little confidence investors had in the company.

However, as I've previously stated, the Sami appeal against the government could prove a real shot in the arm to the company. It's a fight that we cannot afford the Government to lose. Will common sense prevail? It should, but then this is Sweden, which has proven itself to be a complete basket case, having now lost it's shiny veneer of competent government.

Equally, Grafintec OY, which seems to have gone largely unnoticed by Swedish investors might prove to be this companies saviour. But news and progress drive companies forward, and to date, there has been little to cheer.

As the old adage goes, 'fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

The company desperately needs competent leadership, which has sadly been lacking for some time.

Once again a significant part of our business is leaderless, though given the insignificant contributions of Ulla Sandborgh since her appointment in 2022, will we even notice? I think it's actually a positive thing.

In respect of the 'review' and the cessation of activity on the Kallak project, it will be at 2025 before any submission of the environmental application in my opinion. The work scheduled for 2023 was anticipated to take roughly 12-months give or take, with the submission at the end of 2023 if the RNS are to be believed. So following the review, and the work re-commencing, unless something has changed in the application process, the back-end of 2024 is the very best investors could hope for - It's then back in the hands of Swedish Bureaucrats. So no mining in 2026.

Assuming of course, the review reveals other plans for Kallak? My guess is that the focus will wholly shift to Grafintec. We simply don't have the resources for Kallak, and Grafintec OY has significant potential. Blomqvist appears to have a handle on progress, or at least, if the RNS are to be believed.

The board of Directors can lay claim to that achievement all on their own.

The fact is EricDraven, we don't even know where we were in respect of the planned workstreams. Kallak may or may not have started to progress? Who knows? If you recall, I was generally quite critical of the lack of specific timeframes in respect of all of the outlined plans. And that's has borne out I'm very sad to say.

It was transformational for him EricDraven... His pay doubled, he's grown his goatee out and now has a full beard, more in keeping with his transition to becoming a Yogi.

These Grifters work for shareholders... And they should be reminded of that fact. Otherwise the FCA is an option quite frankly.
