You're assuming that Röstin really is the villain of the piece.

His performance to date has been absolutely appalling - Granted. But we don't really know about the true underlying reasons for the sudden departure of Budge.

I think it's true to say, that none of them have covered themselves in glory; And given the deafening silence, it's probably also true to say that they don't care.

BEM is a PLC, which means greater accountability, in theory at least. It's not a personal fiefdom... Which is clearly how Vardar has been operating.

If nothing more, he needs to be communicative from the get-go. And I appreciate that he won't have a constant newsflow, but that does not mean he cannot provide updates on activity.

If these people have time for other directorships, then they have time to update shareholders here. It's that simple.

A small nimble company should have no issue communicating frequently with its shareholders.

We wouldn't need to play detective and fixate on the small stuff if all was well - But it clearly isn't.

The thing is EricDraven, I do have an agenda.

I want this company to be a success, and unfortunately it seems that our board are not behaving in an ethical manner at this point.

So therefore, shareholders should rightly question their behaviour and hold them to account.

Payrises organised by independent consultants. Generous share options and expenses, and secondary employment - And again, I understand perfectly the role of a chairman and non-executive directors.

As stated, I'll happily be proven wrong, and truly hope I am, for the sake of our investments - But some people need to read the room.

And I will happily apologise, if in 6-months something transformative occurs, but right now, I simply can't see it.

Budge literally left the company on the very day he was due to go to a conference, having issued said RNS alerting is to his presence at said conference.

He is now so valuable to the company that he's going to 'assist' the new CEO Teddy Bowie.

Presumably to show him where the expenses forms are?

Tail, dog, wagging? You couldn't make this nonsense up if you tried.

It's not Glencore, Lkab or Rio Tinto is it? It's a small cap exploration company with a London Office, a few Nissan Patrols and Portacabins in Kosovo, and a too many work from home employees that don't justify their salaries.

Likewise the non-executive directors and chairman who are there to ensure good corporate governance (And yes ADF, that's exactly what they should be doing). Happy to suckle on the corporate teat and claim expenses.

Why would it take 6-months to review and then implement an action plan.

Teddy Bowie has set himself up to fail from the start, but then why would he care of he gets a salary to match that of Budge.
