RE: Vardar Valuation11 Jul 2023 16:18
EricDraven: In respect of Vardar, the simple answer in my opinion, is that the board know something that I have long suspected. How Budge ever arrived at the valuation of Vardar is beyond my comprehension. And as to what the cash has been spent on, is anyone's guess - It's clearly not drilling.
And to answer Oaktree, cash can be raised in perpetuity. The only people that suffer are private investors.
As for a plan? The situation is laughable. A 6-month review is needed, and yet another individual is brought in to feast at the table. For what purpose? He can hardly implement a plan that is yet to be formulated, so why employ him? I'd love to know the connection to him and the new CEO (Likewise between Budge and the Vardar guys)
And I'm still waiting on a reply from my email to Röstin, where I suggested a call to the FCA and City of London Police might be in order.
As for three successful businesses? I have my own, and my view of success looks quite different to this shower.
My own opinion of course.
