Also, major funding news due soon. Can't see it being done via placing.
Low market cap is one of the reasons why I'm heavily invested
Funding news will be a good start with no share dilution please.
Then consider TOMs market cap of circa $10m against a funding package of circa $100M+ pending for the plant.
That disparagy between the values doesn't stack up and won't last.
I can see TOMs market cap raising to 50% of the value of Greenfields project funding so a 5 bagger over the next few months.
It's Greenfield that need to raise the capital and not Tomco directly. One of the partners of Greenfield is much larger than the other. Tomco can't do it from a placing with a market cap of less than 10th of the amount need to be raised. Wouldn't be surprised if this is done with a JV or some finance package that may result in very little share dilution for TOM shareholders. Large re-rate coming imo
I'm puzzled why petroteq are tweating about samples being sent to QFI when the agreement is purely with Greenfield. Why would they bother?, particularly when they are just testing samples from Greenfields potential future site. This story is going to evolve a lot more over the coming 6 weeks
Nothing. No reply to email asking for update eithee
With the FEED report due anytime now who knows what this will do the share price in the interim. For 'investing' in the company I'd consider the low market cap first before anything else. Traders look at the share price
We are to expect an update on all of our projects any day now and the fact we are at the end of H1, I hope that this update is imminent. Whether we are at a point of substantial progress with MSC is another question
Lol. I genuinely meant helpful in my last post and not hopeless. Sorry, helpful
Yes, thats correct. Probably most of the solvent. Hopeless, your points are well made but no need for the dig at the QFI share price. There are lots of co invested QFI, TOM and PQE investors on here. We are in a mutually beneficial situation which will hopefully benefit all of us
We should have a market cap above £25M in the short term surely. IMHO
And look at our market cap!
Should see some action tomorrow imo
Absolutely. QFI being a pre-commercial company has allowed many shareholders to own relatively large numbers of shares that they would not have been able to afford if we had been awarded a contract by now. That's the risk-reward play that we're in. Equally, Bergen I'd guess would be regarded by many as an unpopular agreement but it has allowed me to purchase many more shares than if the share price had remained at todays price.
Hi, bought £6million today. May buy another £2m or more tomorrow
First commercial signature 35p+
Short term target of 7.5p on significant news on trials. 10p target with publicity of progression of trials with support of the movement towards green and ethical investing 10p +
I think there has been, or will be a 1000 to 1 share consolidation on relaunch in the summer. So depends on relaunch share price to see if existing holdings are going to be worth anything
A rollover is almost always the same number of shares, one a buy and the other a sell. The sell goes through first and the buy back goes through commonly around 30 seconds later. The pair of trades are usually undertaken at top end or bottom end of spread with very little difference in the trade price between them and yes, the share price should be unaffected as no new shares are purchased.
Yes, I would expect at least a 20 million share holding
