My thoughts.....

1) Not sure anyone knows about the technology is going to be for the oil/sand separation plants. We know its not CORT, but we don't know anything about what other solvents will be used, I believe.

2) yes, we have the licence for the open pit mine and extraction, so should be ready to go. We don't have the permits for the drills, but quite frankly , who cares !

For anyone that has done an exchange of shares before, the actual 'exchange' of shares doesn't happen on the announcement date and can take a week or so work there way through the system and in to the account of the owner. I understood that the new owner then had up to a month to notify the market of the new % threshold that had been crossed.

Whether the relationship between Valkor and Tom is strained, or not, at the moment, is mostly irrelevant to Tom's efforts to achieve funding for the oil-sand separation plants. The funding will allow the purchase of the remaining 90% of TS11 site, secure Tom's future until the plants are operational and to fund as many drills that Tom wish to participate in. I am still confident that this will happen. Enjoy your weekends

Kdix, thanks. Those figures are very impressive. And our market cap is how much at the moment? Currently, the market cap suggests the wider market doesn't believe that funding will be achieved. Any incling that its progressing positively should have a significant impact on the sp. No ramp intended!

The current poor share price and low market cap is largely irrelevant to the company's ability to secure large project funding, so for those investors thar can see past the negative emotions and sentiment associated with a decline in the share price will he rewarded the most, imo

It would be interesting to learn the pay back period of the bond in due course. I.e. how much revenue and profit will be generated. I expect these figures will be released to us soon as the bond application progresses

Yes, a very good chance and in a matter of weeks/ few months imo.

My immediate thought is what will be the market cap of a company after it secures $200m and how much of a multiplier it is from current market cap.

Then weigh up the risk/reward of making an investment and deciding whether your comfortable with the risk. The principal risk of course being running out of cash before being able to secure the funding.
