Yes, shares have noninal value as the company is still here albeit a private company, but where do you get they are going to relist?
The only thing I can suggest is go to the website and email Carl. His email address is on the home screen. I'm not sure if they remain a shell company or there is a takeover on the offering
Yes. I know who AC Oil is. The development plan includes some of AC Oils drills but its not TS II land that is subject to this dispute. Tomco priority is the funding for the plants
That's all very well, but its Valkor's lease and not Tomco's. Tomco's priority is to get the funding for two oil sand separating plants and not necessarily a few drills.
There has been a 1000:1 share consolidation I believe and they have being trying to reverse in to assets for a while now. Goodness knows if this will relaunch but great if they do. I have emailed one of the two Directors a number of times but never has a response
It was done to cancel the bank loan note, which was a disaster. There was no intension to have to use it but funding was delayed, now expected in Q3 with an an alternative funding arrangement being looked at just in case primary arrangement gets delayed again, as per the RNS
Because they are inside Vauch !! FFS
hotfinace, you are an absolute fool for ****ging someone off just because they haven't posted recently. who the f#ck do you think you are !
With a two week notice period required to announce a GM for shareholders to vote on the deal, funding news surely must be imminent. Just dotting the i's and crossing the t's on the terms of the deal one would hope.
Hotfinance, you are a bit of a troll aren't you!
I note you moderate your behaviour on the QFI forum but are unable to control yourself here. Have a word with yourself.
Can't see it being that high.
What would be an acceptable % of Greenfield for TOM to retain in return for the funding package? 5% of something very profitable would be a good result in my view
It's not an AGM it's an EGM or GM. I'm still hoping funding news early this coming week and a general meeting before Christmas.
Yes, EGM to be called soon. All about how much we can retain of Greenfield now, but I expect the two plants will be very profitable
So two sand producing plants, a placing, warrant extension, valkor loan extension till when? And a pending EGM.
Hotfinance, I really hope you have to eat your words in the coming few days
Or go up 200% or more if the deal is announced?
Or, by the end of next week, 1st December?
Tomco and Valkors interests seem so intertwined I can't see how this won't involve Tomco in some way, hopefully positive
I guessing we'll have closer to 3 billion shares and I don't think Valkor will be the only ones getting equity if we are to retain the majority of Greenfield. We should have a market cap of £50m or more upon announcement, but we shall see
