I thinks it's quite clear what have been buys, sells or rollovers of late so I see no harm in people looking and passing comment. The large 2.5 million trades are clearly a rollover as you have pointed out
As expected
I bought quite a bit today and did the 1 million roll- over.
"Don't forget our partner in the chemical additives supply, Nouryon, is part of the Carlyle group. We might appear to be a minnow swimming with sharks but we have influential friends"
Indeed, including other strong partners and associations that undoubtedly help us massively punch above our own weight. But most important of all, we have an excellent product.
I wonder how often a multi billion dollar shipping company signs a fuel supply contract with a pre-commercial company worth a paltry £7m (at 0.5p share price). Come on, you don't need to be a genius to appreciate the due diligence and financial risk considerations that would go in to that decision making process pre-contract. Its obvious the financial benefits and confidence a health market cap would bring, so yes, the act of signing a contract just needs a pen, but a healthy market cap would greatly help the chances of the contract being signed in the first place. Any further debate on the issue is semantics so I'll be leaving it there.
"Couldn't care less if share price hit 0.5p" you must be kidding! The company needs to be at a position of strength to sign contracts, with a market cap well over what 0.5p would equate to. I get the point you are making, but the share price is not immaterial to the ability to sign contracts. The lack of confidence a very low share price would result in with all stakeholders would not be good. There is no reason why we shouldn't have a significant share price rise to 10p + when all three trials are underway later this year. We need high industry confidence and a higher market cap to successfully be able to deal with our potential global clients. Utah is a wild card, the others would prefer not to deal with a two bob bit company and all the perceived financial risks that a very low market cap would give.
Well its better than being bust, so let's see if the relaunch can generate some excitement and let's face it, gold exploration is a lot more excitng compared to the endless past drilling in an attempt to prove a Jorc rated copper no show.
Gold assets
Relaunch this summer with new assets in Oz. Sorry, want to get permission first to share more detail about this. They need to raise capital for exploration as part of relist. Existing debt converted to shares. Previous post on here mentioned a 1000:1 share consolidation but I'm not sure if this has already happened, or will happen.
Hi, I've had confirmation a relisting is planned for this summer. Will provide further info later
Hi, I was also given the email address carl@cdtl.com.au and have not as yet had a reply.
I'll email him again in about a week
Hi, VSA Capital have emailed me back and suggested that I email the CEO Carl Dumbbell, which I have just done. I will let you know if I get a response

They can only relist with a new project I would have thought. Probably with a massive share consolidation? I bought £100k of these!!
That is amazing news. Thanks so much. Could you share his email address?

No, I believe it didn't get the vote, so didn't happen. Now we're just a cashless shell!! If you do get a response do post it on here please. I do think they are looking for new assets prior to reload and consolidation.
The long term stability of the fuel is well documented. I'm sure some of the more informed posters will be able to point you to the relevant information if you can't find it yourself.
No its not down. Question is, why is it still live and whats being planned in the background....
