No. Tomco still own Valkor the balance on their loan. There is a deal to be done

Valkor won't contribute to funding of any wells in ACOil and Greenfield until the ownership of Greenfield can be resolved. We need partners in Utah as we no longer have any feet on the ground. I hope Valkor become a partner in Greenfield again

AC oil hold the lease which is a Greenfield subsidiary.

Valkor petitioned Utah Board of Oil and gas for the unitisation plan on behalf of HSO and ACOil. Also the 6 permits recently applied for are on the ACOil lease. This is land on TS11 site.

The question is who owns Greenfield at the moment and I hope we have an update on that soon

I think the permits are when, not if. The neighbouring wells proven to be commercial would help!

There has been an update on the wells. A new heater is expected to arrive on site mid Jan. Personally, and it makes good business sense, to wait for these wells to get in to sustained production with water issues resolved before Tomco commit to funding their own wells. Although permit consents for AC Oils 6 well application should be soon

The priority has swung to 2 because it's now more attainable. Option 1 has not been dropped

The 'top dog' was going for funding for two £100m bitumen/sand processing plants. No point in looking at well funding prior to Valkor's approval of the unitisation plan. Now that's been approved and 6 well permit applications submitted for AC Oils lease, then that's a different matter. RIP JP, sad that he won't be here to share the success of the future plans and opportunities
