I am hoping the profit is higher than that. My best case is $45m. I would be happy with $35m though.

We both want profits, so no point going over what is outside our control. I don't want the board to waste any time on this though. Just focus on operational performance. Then ultimately valuation will take care of itself.

I will never understand why people prefer buybacks. In my experience once the buybacks stop, the share price goes back down. So unless you are looking for buybacks to get out I don't get it. The share would probably to higher with dividends because the prospect would entice new investors. The money is then in your pocket with no opportunity cost of it being locked up in shares. The only reason I can see for preferring buybacks is if you are paying tax on your dividends and to that I say get it in an ISA. Honestly, it has to be dividends every time.

I agree with you HarChris. In time we will see how it plays out. Writing on here isn't going to change anything. As time goes by the risk decreases in my opinion.

If it could sell for 20% of NPV that would be roughly equal to our MCAP. Then at least two years with a PE around 1. X3 your cash in 2 years. Option out the lithium and save a few million to do some exploration in Ivory Coast. I know they won't do that, but it would be nice.

Using 1,000,000 ounces at an AISC of $850 (upper guidance for endeavour's nearby mine). 100,000 ounces per annum for 10 years. 2 years from now to build with CAPEX of $175m. With an 8% discount rate I get a NPV of $800m. I'd be interested to hear people's thoughts. Hummingbirds Dugbe project isn't too dissimilar in terms of size and grade, although I think ours is shallower and has more potential. If memory serves they nearly had an offer of $25m. Does anyone have examples of recent sale prices for similar assets?

I'd agree that management have been more than economical with the truth here. I think it's most just down to incompetence and arrogance on Dan's part, rather than any elaborate scheme. It was a hard lesson to learn, but I have taken something away for my losses.

Dividends all the way. In the next two years they can return 100% of current MCAP. Then you have a free ride. Finance with debt.

I think you have a gambling problem if you are still in this now. Honestly, it's just totally nuts. My bet is administration and shareholders get wiped out. Maybe there is an offer, but holding these now is gambling rather than investing. You'd have less opportunity cost at the casino.

Welcome, I for one am pretty excited about the future here. Lots of news to come in short order. Although clearly wise to ass a little to Segun's timescales. Douta PFS, Seg extension drill results, ivory coast drill campaign, tax outcome, potential dividends, record profits expected. Just take Q4, we should be expected around 25k ounces at $900 AISC. I make that US$42.5m free cash. That's on a 100% ownership and 0 tax. I personally liked the partnership with endeavour and expansion into Ivory coast. There's a lot of potential there and it's derisked already with the existing hits. I'd like to see them sell Douta with a PFS and retain a royalty (I know they won't). I'd also like to see them farm out the lithium prospects.

Holding 500,000 which is probably too much considering the liquidity. I expect it'll pick up if they continue to deliver.

They are already net debt free. PE could be more like 1 next year with around $800 AISC and about 90k ounces. Dividend to be expected in H1 next year. I expect it to be bought out like Shanta if they increase mine life

I took all my HUM money and put it into Thor. Anyone coming to join me over there?

So for Q4 we are expecting 25,000 ounces at $800 AISC and currently nearly $2700 POG. Who doesn't like that maths?!

I can get a quote to sell 300k shares which is rare, so someone wants them. Good to have some liquidity despite the slight fall. Everything looks good here imo. Some clarity on the tax issue being resolved would be nice to see. They can most likely upsize the current pit with POG here and get another year of production. So 3 years of production on a PE ratio of 1. Even with some expenditure that's a very nice return. Then Douta and the new Ivory Coast exploration for free. When the Douta FS lands I'd expect that to be worth between 50 and 100 million alone.

Not to bad. Should be making good profits.

Don't forget G&A. Dan and co are still taking the hefty salaries.

I am going to estimate we see 18,000 ounces at an AISC of $1500. Just looking for a positive comment on Q4 which should be a great quarter. GLA
