Specifically thinking that if they're seeing better efficacy in the later cohorts as it's dose dependent, then could someone from cohort 3 now start receiving a cohort 5 dose as it has been assessed as safe, rather than remaining on cohort 3 levels.

They won’t be included in the trial, but could patients from earlier cohorts move to higher doses once the safety committee have said it’s safe to move on? Question based on yesterdays revelation that they’re seeing some unexpected efficacy benefits in 1a.

You dreamt it. Anyway, I’ve gone for the eggy approach of not believing anything smiffy says. He was adamant we’d either reach MTD or a BED would be declared. But then he also bought a house.

I’d hate to sound all eggy… but that opens up the possibility of a change of heart, a trip back to the MHRA and even more dose increases. If it continues to work as incredibly well as it has, my dream of DE276 will be back in play. Where’s the funding for that coming from? What are the timescales? Oops, wrong account for that, sorry. If more DEs become an option, I’d like to see a BED declared and 1b start in parallel. Given they didn’t expect this success, it’s a good question for the AGM - is there benefit in continuing to increase in that hypothetical but possible scenario?

Spot on. They know it works. Extending 1a is for the benefit of the platform, they must be learning a lot - such as people can extend their lives by continuing to take it 🤩

Bonkers isn't it? They're extending lives of patients that wouldn't ordinarily have responsed by administering otherwise deadly amounts of dox. Clearly demonstrates the TAM is off the scale. Genuinely incredible. It's no wonder they're gaining in confidence and Fiona is travelling a world to shine a light on what they have.

There won't be any new information shared - apart from all the new information they'll be sharing. Still makes me extremely irate to this day that they can get away with this.
