When a company has a share consolidation share holders should not lose out on any deal. The way their are doing it we are all taking a hit. Yes we are having an equal amount of ownership of the company as before the consolidation.
But if you owned 1,000,000 shares you would now own 10,000. Same percentage of the company thou 1,000,000 x
.005 pence = £5,000 10,000 x .10 pence = £1,000. The shares will then be diluted by Those who can then buy at .10 pence.
