One would imagine that it will happen this year and the demand for shares would increase hugely... It may be difficult for pi's to make any real impact if underhand tactics are employed - but i suspect the thought of litigation will ensure all is above board. Pi's have put up with a lot here... They wont go down lightly. Interesting times ahead... Hold for fun and games!

Not sure that would be the case either. If they need shareholder approval then it comes at a premium based on current asset value.

Hope youre right - suspect youre wrong... Any shed light would be interesting - like most, i've taken a battering on this one. Delist is best for the company... Rhetoric from company suggest it will happen. Am expecting a suspension sooner rather than later.
