MH01 been my banner of discussion for 2 months. they need to get runs on the board with no surprises for this to be valued appropriately. The key thing is that they in the next 2-3 weeks issue an RNS with at least 65k oz production target otherwise we will be hit again regardless of stating higher grades in Q3/Q4 to make up the guidance shortfall blah blah blah which is what will happen if they dont hit the lower end of guidance. I feel that SD would realise that and also realise his job would be on the line IF he does not hit guidance in this qtr after the downgrade announced in this qtr! Lets hope for a positive or expected RNS and then await the Haveriod DFS and also some drilling results soon. Those three things plus an increasing gold price should see us breach this 3.60 mark which seems to be a problem but do wonder if we breach whether it will shoot to £4 quite quickly

I am genuinely hoping for £10+ in 3-4 years once also gold stabilises at above 4000 an oz and the markets factor that as the new norm for gold companies as many gold mining companies are still being valued at sub 3000 prices!

Hi Element - i think your statement on Australians can be said about the Poms as well! People are people mate and lets not start that BS.

Until SD convinces the market that Telfer has a few years in the tank which he is in the process of doing and the quarterlies show a sustained output production that is within guidance or better then australian investors will believe more the story. Until then it will continue to be undervalued due to the macquarie games and big misjudgement by the mgmt of GGP in the downgrading guidance only a few weeks after listing on ASX!

Hopeful Devon i genuinely hope that for the local economy in Plymouth and for investors that are still in, they do get investment and can get the mine up and running and then as you say 20-30p per share is achievable with the 1.2bn shares on issue. For me personally too much risk but keeping an eye on the sidelines.

Element and others - to what depth is the current mine plan envisaging? 1200m? Are they planning to drill further down to see the mineralisation at lower levels at Haverion?

Is there currently an arbitrage between the oz price which is higher than the UK price and the instos are using that to make a margin overnight by capping the price here or am i reading too much into the uk price not matching oz price?

Hi Buddha apparently on the investor call it was stated they had two offtake agreements which i do not know any detail on but several people that listened to the call stated the same. To be honest i sold out last week as had had enough with the company lack of communications and have on several occasions contacted them with not a reply back! That told me everything i needed to know as most companies come back to me and have in the past

I got out last week as the lack of coming back to investors when contacting them i was unimpressed with and then they did a presentation stating they have 2 offtake agreements but never announced. Got to question what is going on. Glad i got out as the 1bn share overhang that will hit later this year is quietly not being discussed and now a CFO with what would be a company on the cusp of being huge with an immediate resignation. The only time you see an immediate is fraud, sexual advances, CEO/CFO rift as most other times people would work there notice or go on gardening leave. For those still invested be careful

A CFO does not resign from a company about to become a large producer and become profitable! Read what you may in this but glad i sold out!

Diversification is great for some people but for those that have a higher tolerance for risk then the potential to have a 100% on GGP inside 2-3 years is what i am hoping on based on the current knowledge and some assumptions that i am hoping become knowledge especially in the next 9 months!

I would hope that he would have learnt as well ! 65k oz is at the bottom of the guidance and 77.5k oz at the top of the guidance. As long as not lower than 65k oz we will be ok.

Question for the more learned on the production outputs - does at the end of each day GGP operational staff collect what gold there is in the processing plant and do a daily weigh in or is this done more frequently ? Just interested how the process of knowing what output is and during the course of a quarter how they know how they are progressing?

Element anything above 70k oz will be good after the guidance downgrade

I do wonder where the bottom is on this and who has made the call to sell out or decrease holding since the RNS as definitely been a larger volume helping the drop!
