I don’t do targets Mornington-oz, and particularly in this situation, but ORR clearly have massive first mover advantage in Cameroon and have now moved to a 90% interest in the license. That is an excellent position to be in when the majors come knocking, which they surely will with the stellar grades which are turning up in the assays. The reason the market cap is so ridiculously low is/was the fear that ORR would need to do another capital raise down at these levels, but I think we can dismiss that following these latest drilling results as the cash will inevitably come from partnering with a much bigger player, or possibly a buyout of one or more of the license blocks.

They are finding gold at very decent grades everywhere they dig and in every hole they drill in Cameroon and should now have absolutely no problem in securing a JV with a major or mid tier producer to continue proving up a resource. Just sit back and wait for it to come if you already have a position, and if not why the hell aren’t you buying?

Cutting costs is always good, as is the 4p option exercise price. The extension to next September does perhaps suggest that the board do not expect the share price to reach 4p+ by the end of this month though.

Well in the Q&A they confirmed that they were cash flow positive, so that is enough to keep me invested here as they grow market share, with the outside chance of Togo coming good one day. Interesting that they still have a country manager there who ‘has a close relationship with government’.

Frankly I’m just amazed that there is not more excitement here about the KCB drilling programme. Following last night’s session on the ASX Cobre’s share price has put on 820% since they announced their KCB drilling results in late July, and around 2,200% from their June lows. Any success with ARCM’s maiden drilling programme should therefore attract a wall of money coming into the stock.

FWIW NVS has confirmed that they are awaiting the formal documentation on the stock to be received for the Canadian listed vehicle. We already know about the issuance of the Tingo shares which should list on completion of the merger with MICT and they are currently awaiting clearance from the SEC in the USA for approval of the listing which should now be imminent. I expect the company to update on the £125k payment at the same time as they are able to confirm the issuance of the Canadian stock.

rxdav you are blaming the wrong person there as it is the Nomad’s responsibility to ensure that RNS’s are formatted properly for presentation to the Exchange. I guess he will have had a piece of Haywood’s mind following yesterday’s debacle.

For all his faults P.H. is now massively aligned with shareholders here thanks to the salary sacrifice scheme. He also seems to have learned from his early mistakes and has gradually been preparing the market for a significant increase in exploration activity. Now that today’s news is out of the way I expect to see something about the funding for that in pretty short order. That should be the catalyst for some upward SP movement here, providing it is indeed non dilutive.

Well I think he’s dropped some strong hints there as to what’s going to be in the quarterly ops update, including a new sidetrack every 60 days and the fact that they haven’t hedged any of their production, thus benefitting fully from spot prices. Zac also thinks that the market has not picked up on current gas production, so let’s see if that has been maintained or increased.
