They were my thoughts/hopes as well Nanonano.

Was a bit quick off the draw there - it is more of a distribution agreement for an existing technology. That said there is still some scope for future Nanoco participation.

Other board points to an announcement by Merck that it is partnering with Guardian Glass to produce dimmable windows (the thinking being that Nanoco MIGHT POSSIBLY be providing the QDs to do the dimmable bit)

I wouldn’t get too excited by this: 1) Samsung’s motion was unopposed by Nanoco and 2) Judge denied the motion as being moot (i.e. hypothetical or of no practical value)
