Tony - re your post earlier this evening - these are clearly NOT the options referred to in the readmission document last year and it’s you that needs to wake up! Some energy companies (Kistos and Advance Energy for example do not feel the need/greed to create options at all and SHAREHOLDERS ARE TREATED FAIRLY AND EQUALLY. Wouldn’t it be nice if I3e could do the same?
Are there really paid stooges? YES! Would the BOD pose as a member of this BB? YES! ( or their employees/brokers/PR). Would they really f@ck over their Private Investors? YES (Twice now). Will management options vest as a consequence of this stitch up? YES Will U.K. authorities get involved as a consequence of this unfair treatment of Private Investors? HOPEFULLY
I will be writing tomorrow to the FCA as well as to the Compliance Officers at I3e and their Brokers to ascertain whether a) there has been insider trading in the company’s securities in the run up to this morning’s RNS; b) all shareholders have been treated fairly esp. private shareholders (whether situate in U.K. or Canada).
I will also write to LSE to determine whether or not they are comfortable with “Miss Anna Grey” being a bona fide independent poster.
Right, first things first. I am new to the group and to LSE although I am a trader/investor of 25+years. I am also invested in i3 to the tune of 700 million shares at an average of 7p. I am also a paid stooge!!!!
Anna Grey - You have a total of two posts and you set up your account today - you are either a member of management or a representative of one of I3e’s brokers/PR people. I simply do NOT believe a word you write!
Ggg - I entirely agree with you and have made a response to their Tweet telling them exactly how disappointed I (Simon Shiraz) am - suggest you do the same.
In my view this book building exercise news leaked before the announcement this morning - hence yesterday’s downward price movement. That said I expect to hear positive news re Serenity farm out between now and the end of next week.
