Hi Tony - re Resolution 2 maybe they are planning on doing another “fantastic transformational deal” at the (further) expense of the Private Investors - after all they seem to have swallowed it two times already - let’s go for the hat trick!

P.S This was not a rights issue by the way - your post refers to it as such.

Tony - Serious answer - I am a shareholder (as I have mentioned in a recent post). I am also a shareholder in Kistos and Advance Energy that do not issue share options and where directors buy shares in their company with their own money rather than through the issue of (performance related?) share options!

…… and exactly as GGG predicted both of them whinging about the share price being so low!!

GGG - I’m with you on this and for the life of me can not see why Tony and Fencing seem happy with the way PIs have been treated. I only have 1.75 million shs but I still feel your pain!

One final thought for you Tony - if these are not new options why does yesterday’s RNS refer to them as New Options!

Tony - Please quote me the relevant detail from the 8 August RNS because I can not see that there was one!

Secondly telling someone that has an opinion that differs to yours to take their money and close the door behind them is childish (and up to now I had thought better of you than that).
