If Leap sell off virtuals they are left with little more than a dozen slots, a few table games and 2 bingo games. Hardly worth an IPO imo.
I believe the end game with Leap all along was to create a more rounded offering they can sell to casino clients - remember you won't find virtuals on a sportsbook site in the US like you do the UK because they aren't classified as a sport and have to be offered through the casino sites instead, hence why Leap have been so focused on slots so they can cross sell multiple products. The OpenBet acquisition opens up the big sportsbooks with casino sites which is why I think Leap won't be broken up. That's my thoughts anyway.
