My take is that there was never any intention to IPO and Ed thought he would have negotiated Seed's exit with IMG by now. Well it looks like they have called his bluff from where I'm standing and the only way forward now is -

Go through with the IPO (would be a disaster imo), or
Settle for a valuation a lot lower than Ed's implied 50 million mcap for Seed, or
Just keep on kicking the can down the road.

Sorry if that is depressing for some but that is the way I see it.

Anyone else experiencing problems accessing for past couple of days?

Positive - the state of Cali can't really afford not to introduce online sports betting. The tribes will resist these moves with everything they have got but the bottom line is online is where the meaningful tax dollars will come from and I don't see any problem with the residents voting for this on the ballot, with all those sports teams they must be desperate for it to happen having watched the majority of states go that way.

Negative - expect a raise so that Web can get W&W sale ready.

One nagging doubt I have always had with Web is that they have to run the Cal Expo track to get their Cali licence. Will any suitors want the ball ache of taking on this operation?

In summary, still all to play for but expect some bumps along the road.
