Yes so a good cautious approach, sticking to game plan & good to have a forecast of commercial expansion.... but no boom time for a while yet

The key ingredient is integrity and trust. They are exhibiting integrity and transparency and that builds trust in what they say, or will say in future.
As Andrew said they need to build the asset values before talking JV….. but if they keep good RNS coming then SP will respond

Certainly a few on here who can’t handle speculative investing….. stick to FTSE100 a suggestion…. Or take smaller punts so you don’t get too exposed

And with a conservative PE ratio this may re-rate over the next 6 months
