Well that's the learning for me this year as a fairly newbie to investing.... higher risk and higher volatility stocks call for more active management...... take some profit..... compared to my 'just keep piling on it'... convinced myself ECR was about to fly..... and still convinced it will come good..... but now averaging down means waiting for the next pay check!..... all good fun just thanking my lucky stars that 2020 was a good year to start as 2021 has been another story!

And the issue I have with ECR is that I’ve been expecting good news since the summer so have not dared trade… but instead have watched it retreat back all the way.

The issue I have is I can’t help but put all my cash into the market as I see what I think are opportunities…. Trek out of interest how much % do you tend to keep on the sidelines to do the trading

Maybe so but it’s a screaming buy because any further RNS highly likely to be positive and news flow expected

When Al says near term driver will be AVA6000 he must of said that knowing there was a good chance of latest RNS happening —- that the data was so compelling that US would approve & expecting it to really shift the Sp… makes me feel very bullish about the next 3 months

Drill programme continues… sentiment can do what it does to the share price… the share price could be 1p or 3p but all scenarios converge over time as the reality reveals itself…. If there are blocks of $4m and $20m veins then that’s not in this SP… then was it 7 Km of licences along Dymocks up for grabs…..

We must be almost at the end of this long journey but I must say I wish it were over…. If only so I can see the SP double or triple….. no other reason

plenty new money investors who want to look forward not back…. Why be a LTH if the investment case isn’t materialising? For myself I’m recently in and wanting to see the silver prospects play out.

I keep adding to average down…. But keeps going down.

I’m not convinced what you are saying makes sense. Poor history is price in; that’s probably why it’s less £3m market cap. At this lowly point the more interesting consideration is geology not sentiment; just because you don’t like them doesn’t translate to mineral free projects, so the geology of these projects might make the future a different picture from the past. & Now they have a new MD who you give no credit to be able to organise some productive, value building activity.

Surely we want them to drill Nevada..... if its a high potential target....

Investors are massively put off by surprises, ambiguity and poor governance driving poor sentiment. Bad for share price but are they insurmountable issues? No, but do create what i see as an opportunity. Also gone into BooHoo on the same basis. Getting a good price is a great recipe for successful investing…. And have a bit of spare cash to take advantage
