One would have to be exceptionally optimistic to see anything like a recovery from this lowly position. Would there be anyone or group who would buy into this awful position the company is now in?
Any hint of an upward movement in the share price would surely trigger instant selling of a holding don't you think?
Just how many years I can't recall, but Nothing out of Redmoor (world class site), No sign of the promised PEPR, nothing mined at Leigh creek for years. Really, investors deserve better but here on AIM it's the Wild West - unregulated. Its a disgrace.

With due respect to your "hope" strategy prop, by way of rough calculation I can see no more than £50 profit bring made per 1 million shares at current market levels. Even that may be a bit hopeful.

This company runs on "hope" continually, you see it in the posts on this board, trying to assess an outcome with hope as the main asset!

Prop. In the case of Sirius which incidentally was not so much in debt as unable to get funding from banks if I recall.
I can't give you all facts you are looking for but I try not to speculate with false hopes the fortune of this company.
It's fairly plain to see that your revenue producing project and the so called "near term" project with revenue has not occurred nor has the Redmoor project and it has had lots of time to do so.
This company isn't mining anything at the moment!
