The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Sorry Johnny, I like many on here are just very sceptical of first time posters that only seem to appear on big movement days...
Why are you here nightwatch, clown!
That is some top slicing johnnypc, absolutely perfect top and bottom caught.... interesting you also only just joined..
Why does a rise like this attract dreamers the same as a big fall also attracts idiots.
Bloomberg are talking about how what is happening on Reddit isn’t fair on institutions like Melvin Capital.
Saying that perhaps this kind of social media frenzy should be made illegal.
The game has been rigged for so long for the institutions they can’t stand it when the little guy finds a way to beat them!
The simple way to protect yourself if you are an institution is don’t short..
Well done powefader and just decided to sign up for he BB today....
No point selling now, new ranges being established, wait for £1.50.
It might take a few months to get to that but is suddenly seems a lot easier path to get there.
Fun day though.
Don’t sell cheap guys, you will be kicking yourself if you do.
Just like the guys who sold yesterday
We were stuck in the station, even the scarp yard for a long time. but now ride the cine express all the way over £1.50...
Well done Zoro, it seems you did much better than your short on Cineworld

We will visit 40s next week. Love it.
Yes that was a great late auction to finish the day.
That will do nicely
Funinvestor,
Can’t really argue with taking profit but selling just under 71, to then put a buy order in at 69.25, that is what I don’t really get.
I do mean that in the nicest of possible ways, I know you are one of the good guys. :-)
Fair enough fun investor, everybody has their own goals and profit is always good. ;-)
It’s just for 40% I would have invested in banks and saved a whole lot of stress. ;-)
Funinvestor.... noooooo!
I don’t know how long you have been in but why sell for 30 or 40% profit when 100+ is probably only a few months away..
Thanks Panthro, the guys selling 500 shares won’t affect the SP too much.
AMC getting finance and the SP rising gets the sector noticed. Then people look at other similar stocks for value.
You can’t tell me the two are not connected.
Exactly Westood, that huge turn around didn’t happen because of a rosier outlook in the UK.
I am all for supporting this..

WE NEED VOLUME IN ORDER FOR ROCKET LAUNCH!
Why don't we start our own #SaveCineMovement to gain some traction. Why should #GetABlowyAtAMC have all the fun?
Tondy,
I disagree, the US opening used to make little difference apart from drag us down when it was down, but that has changed and is helping us move up with what is happening with AMC.
So pleased for all the long term holders on here, the battle has been long and hard and that is just on this BB. It’s been Game of Thrones style!
People have shown a lot of grit and investing maturity by holding through al the bad times.
The thing is, we are only at the very start of the good times, looking forward to the days when we are comfortably over £1 when small percentage gains mean much bigger SP gains.
The secret is to now maximise the profit from all that risk and stress. Don’t sell cheap!
Spot on Westwood, the main difference is the fact that Cineworld is listed on the ftse.
PI investors are driving the massively inflated stock prices in the US and the battles with shorts.
Unfortunately there is only a relatively small amount of PI’s in the UK
