RMS has indeed disappointed in terms of timescales but the issues are slightly more legitimate than your waffle suggests.

I’ll give them a couple of weeks to deliver some initial positivity starting with machine commissioned and warrants cancelled next week.

If/when they drop such good news people won’t know what to do with themselves!

Placees only have 400m votes if they all vote. Plus any other holdings. They’re seriously up against it and if we all get our votes in they will have no where to go!!!!

Gareth has 289m shares. His vote alone dictates that the opposition must have at least 837m, treble Gareth’s holding, to cover 75% of that.

Then we must have 100s of m of votes between us. Together we are an unstoppable force.

Get those votes in and make sure the warrant debacle is ended before it begins.

They have over £6m in the bank now mate and don’t know what to spend it on. They don’t need another £8m that offers no benefit and further dilution.

Demand for top quality masks is reaching its peak so far. Cheap tat has been found out to not be effective enough. P2Fs time is here and now. Certification secured. Machine commissioned early next week and masks will be churned out fulfil orders.

The full P2F marketing machine/PR beast should really be cranked up over the next few days now the product is fully approved. the sky is the limit. Surgical standard covid killing masks are the flavour of the month. They will cost more than most disposable versions but this is as it is with any product. Some versions are cheaper, some are more expensive but better. People love prestige products and I think the public market will be significant. However, if our distributors can get the right ears of people at the NHS and other private trusts... then manufacturing will need significantly pumping up.

I wondered whether it’s so there isn’t pure outrage and legal action from placees not getting warrants because the HM was delayed until positive news drops on RMS and fires the SP up to 5p before the meeting goes ahead. Then they’ve made plenty of cash and won’t bother complaining about getting no warrants. Mitigate potential legal action?!

But yeah, it’s puzzling.

Also even maybe hoping share holders against warrants make profits, sell up early and reduce the votes against the warrants giving the warrants half a chance?! No idea.

Talks ongoing with Volz as they certification process has caused them delays and this extended to doing a formal deal on their production via adapted machines.

Comparing the historic set up to the modern version is utter BS.

You do know placing shares (1.25p and released to the market already) are different to warrants (buy price 2p) don’t you? And we’re voting on blocking the warrants so no further dilution. Which will absolutely get blocked. Again, meaning no further dilution.

After all the trash we’ve put up with in terms of overtly negative RNSs... surely they’ll struggle to make a mess of the next one? Should be a feeding frenzy as stock is on short supply as we move closer to the end of the week and what could be described as a transformational point in the evolution of RMS.

Anyone with L2 can see the algos change and begin moving up at 3.30pm. Interesting stuff.
