JP has kindly kept us up to date with the PI votes at far in excess of Gareths holding altogether. Even allowing for liars and no shows and general errors in voting we have comfortably enough between Gareth and us PIs to take it out of the hands of the warrant voters by topping 500m.

Im pretty comfortable the man who voiced his outrage in an open letter to the BOD at the placing and the warrants (mainly the warrants) will be voting against them. Why wouldn't he after all his noise?

I can see why they're no longer required to act on anything in addition. they've just committed to circulating voting info and helping maximise share holder votes as part of their original terms of engagement.

Dont underestimate the positive impact of winning the warrant vote. I am trying to work out what seems to be priced in. And as we hover just above 2p quite clearly the MMs are pricing in a warrant win currently - worse case scenario. Which means nothing in terms of likely outcome (I heavily believe the 25/75 vote split heavily favours a victory for the warrant blockers)

What it does however mean there could be significant upside on that outcome alone. Compounded by machine commissioning a couple of days before and I see a significant move north very possible.
