Another RNS Friday afternoon to re-engage with investors and confirm commissioning of the machine and production is well under way? Or do they wait til Monday first thing?

If they add some info on conditional orders being filled for the first few weeks/months then the SP goes into orbit.

People been replying to him telling him to buy RMS for days. He'd have made a nice profit if he'd have listened. Sadly, he thinks he knows better. I suspect he doest make much money investing in stocks.

Are those numbers based on LSEs figures? You know the trades are recorded as buys or sells based on whether they're closer to the bid or the offer? Therefore the numbers are rarely accurate.

Or have you got these figures from elsewhere? Dont get me wrong I think there are obviously more sell than buys however I think the numbers are much closer.

For me quite simply no one is sure how the SP reacts if the warrants got voted through. I think people are confident if they're blocked then the SP will jump north as dilution is avoided. Also its a kick in the teeth for TB and his cronies and a symbolic handing over the baton to the new BOD.

And the general consensus seems to be the new BOD will get this ship in order and deliver lots of positive news over the next few days and weeks.

Also SP is not further north right now with the options and warrants being sold into the market by Paul and TB. As well as the stock sales making it harder to for the SP to rise the effect on sentiment has generally been negative one of those RNSs drops.
Quite clearly they've been told to sell up and move on and and the selling down of the options seems very conveniently timed with the warrant vote. Its all coming together.

Anyone spouting nonsense about the vote on here needs calling out and asking what scenario or turn of events do they see that will lead to the warrants getting through. It shouldn't be all about warrants at all - there is a way bigger picture - but until its done with and out of the way it certainly is the priority for share holders right now.

There are plenty on here trying to install fear - some aren't so good at it like Will but some are better and more subtle. Keep your wits about you people! Do not doubt why you are here. This SP is only going one way from here.

On the conclusion of the warrant vote and the right news from the new and improved BOD this share will rocket north and there'll be a huge scramble for share into the weekend and next week.

I know Jarvy. They certainly won't all be voting. But some may have held already and have larger holding. So imagine they get 500m votes... we need a paltry 167m to block them. Gareth has 289m. if they got a frankly outlandish 800m votes (absolutely zero chance they'll get anywhere near) we'd need 267m votes to block them. Gareth smashes them out the park.

Shareholders clubbing together on top of this... its a bloodbath for warrant voters.

I've stuck over 3m now on it myself (reported 2.9m here the other week) so Im feeling pretty confident.

Based on what Will? What information suggests to you the warrants will get through?

They will need to secure 75% of the vote. Have you seen how many angered investors have clubbed together and voted to create substantial holding?

Do you think the placees 400m votes is enough to its own? How many votes would you estimate they will get?

HL were very good imo. The corporate action page was simple to locate, complete and submit.

Roll on Friday and let’s get those warrants blocked and secure a pivotal point in the life of RMS and it’s new BOD.

It’s done for you via your broker submitting their voting list to the registrar who take care of it.

There are plenty believe that no RNS means there is no work taking place at the company. Literally, nothing happens unless it’s RNSd. Derampers prey on this weakness and create doubt.

It’s a quite day on the market (often Wednesdays are). RMS typically lulls in a morning as the MMs try and accumulate shares for the afternoon push.

Small daily fluctuation up or down happen. It’s standard. Just relax and stick to your plans.

The vote is Friday. Updates on commissioning and production will come but clearly the vote has a significant bearing on the companies plans. All will be revealed very soon.

I am onboard with the attitude the Board have taken the P and they are capable of doing lots of things to derail the rising SP with option RNSs and negative spin "delay"RNSs. But I simply cant have them as favourites to get the warrants through. Nope, not having it. And Gareth voting for the warrants is frankly madness. There is no logic or sense that can support that argument. I sniff an agenda...

So after Gareth wrote that open letter to the Board chastising them and confirming in writing he'd vote them down, you think he will now vote to get the warrants through?

Based on the numbers we know for the vote and providing Gareth votes the warrants down, then they should not get through.

less than half those PIs who've bothered to state they've voted would have to have sold before Friday or simply lied about their vote to even give the pro warrant voters any possibility.

Do you think Gareth may not vote against the warrants or what? I need to hear more rationale for the warrants getting through. Or is it just a sceptical "its AIM" statement so there'll be shady goings on?
