They confirmed that the testing facility/environment was maxed out at seven hours. So the masks could work for longer. It would be nice to hear you could wear one for ten hours/all day effectively. Anything more is of no value as people will only wear one per day surely.

Seven hours maybe deduced to be a sufficient working day? But yes, I agree it would be good to know the masks limitations. The longer you wear one the more chance you have of bacteria building up inside of the mask. Thankfully GCs masks kill both viral pathogens and bacteria so remain safe throughout use.

Why is production abroad so much more efficient? It's using the same machine. We don't know where the orders are being sent yet so so surely better in UK for now?

The binding heads of terms with the "German company' (Volz) suggests that they're able to begin modifying their machines to incorporate the nanoparticle layer pretty sharpish and prior to the signing of financial contract terms as the agreement is binding. I believe they can agree high level money terms for and criteria of the production and sales to allow production to go ahead whilst the finer details are drawn up.

So yeah we could hear how Volz are getting on or could hear the contract confirmation once finalised. But I know these things take time so the heads of terms is a stop gap as such to allow work to commence in the interim... possibly.

Exactly Manifesto. The RNS confirms commercial production will begin in January. This doesn't mean the shipping in January though. They want it ASAP after final testing in Spain of course so they can get organised at BioCity with it all.

Tested mid December in Spain then sent over for commercial production to proper begin in Nottingham in January. So I assume the delivery will be somewhere shortly after final testing in Spain. Assume we will have to spend a bit of time getting it ready over here for commercial production.

The landing in Nottingham of our own mask machine is not connected in anyway to the deal being worked on with Volz. So this means we should get an RNS on arrival of said mask machine estimated to be 'mid December'. But then details on the Volz deal on terms, cash splits and potential production capacity could literally drop any time.

Furthermore, we already have pre-orders lining up which is also separate news in itself. Id hope they'll let us know when said orders reach a months-worth of capacity on our own machine as this is cash upfront.

And if Gareths in talks with any mask producers or companies who could use the nanoparticle material then there could be further news there also at any point now.

Safe to say the news flow looks healthy for Pharm2farm through December. And the right news will see this ticking time bomb explode north.

Just ponder this, Pharm2farm have one machine in order that can produce 5mill masks a month. Volz are a large company with presumably umpteen of these machines. I am sure they’re keen to adapt however many of them to produce the required numbers and it certainly won’t be targeting less than the 5mill I’m quite certain of that.

I’m hopeful we may get to know quite soon their production capacity and order book.

Good point JHFH, RNSs tend to offer useful facts on the likelihood of a deal or the level of satisfaction of either party.

HEMO has its own research platform now that can be adapted from its current cancer and Covid treatments to rapid response disease X. That will happen over the coming months.
HEMOs mice are in very limited distribution as most are being used by HEMO themselves due to their broad spectrum of antibody candidates for cancer, Covid and autoimmune diseases. Vlad could sell them all over if he wanted but we don’t have time and want the advantage they give us for our pre-clinical candidates for now.

Short value comes from Eli taking CDX to clinical trials. Immediate cash plus milestone payments but more importantly validation that HEMO have the skills to produce novel leading cutting edge treatment candidates. It validates the mice as they will have clearly been used to develop CDX on. And it validates Vlads business acumen (whatever tripe you might continue to spout about him) by getting a deal over the line.

Secondly from left field comes SAFE HEMO CAR T. A very niche but valuable product that looks to be revolutionary in the sense that I believe were producing the safest most well-controlled version to date. There’ll be a queue of suitors down the line however for now we will utilise the expertise of PENN to perfect our candidate for clinical trials.

And the finance deal you don’t seem to like gives us the bargaining chip for CDX to maximise our take on the deal and similarly we can take CAR T to human trials ourselves and fund that until we get the right offer a bit further down the line. CAR T has been developed so quickly it’s mind boggling. And it’s clearly been worth rushing in terms of its quality as a future drug candidate and life saving treatment.

HuPhec has been out on the back burner as it cannot be progressed anywhere near as swiftly as the other two as it is so expensive to work on and develop. Clearly as it isn’t an antibody treatment then the mice cannot be used for testing.

These two advanced candidates plus the amazing mice will quickly bring us into take over territory as the phase one clinical trials begin in the first half of next year.

Once proven to work safely On humans Vlad will be able to demand whatever he likes for a take over package.
