Are you aware CR could now have been demonstrated but nothing communicated, what might that suggest?

And there's the question "Why doesn't everyone just use CAR NK?"

Well I can tell you some of the challenges they will have. CAR NK is truly novel. First generation. Which means there is no previous studies to work from on safety profile, longer terms side effects etc. So its a tougher gig to clear with FDA when you dont know what might come down the line.

HEMO CAR T is gen 3. A lot has been learned from the previous 2 versions of CAR T treatment which has educated Vlad in how to better address CAR T challenges by adopting learnings.

And CAR T duration of response beats CAR NK all day long. So CAR T is more developed to address previous safety challenges and is expected to work for much longer.

CAR NKs positives are its an 'off the shelf' treatment so manufacturing is easier and quicker. However, isnt it funny that Vlad is talking to kure.ai about reducing the manufacturing process (currently 12days ish) to a 24hr window. Now wouldn't that improve the cost and logistical outlook of HEMO CAR T in the eyes of Big Pharma.

You talk in riddles Stu because you don't understand the details. Excellent whataboutery when challenged. When you have an ongoing live study cross-validating the same biological target as HEMO you should take notice old boy ;-). FLT3s Stu. Read up buddy. And CAR Ts durability of response is significantly higher than NK in traditional studies. It's a fact. So HEMO CAR T should/could/will (take your pick) show efficacy levels at least the same or higher than CAR NK. In theory of course. But thats what scientist work from. Just imagine being lucky enough to time it so we can see the future of HEMO CAR T trial ahead of time.

Something to consider Stu. We match or beat existing treatment life expectancies on a single-dose of CAR T and the quality of life improvement is huge. You should be excited by this Stu! Its odd you're not.

I will ask you have you done your research on HEMO CAR T though? Have you? Have you looked into why I might believe it to be novel? Why it's a differentiator?

Durability of response is being proven as we speak in P1. How else is it proven? What's your point?

Oncology treatments that extend life by sometimes just a month or two are bought for billions. You really need to do more research than just tell us AML is a tough gig. Honestly.

Agree Ste. They're trying to protect 100% of the asset for big pharma discussions while possibly diluting now. That said, I'd take diluting now all day long and especially if they can negotiate zero discount placings while continue to gather data.

Just another point to underline the potential value of HEMO CAR T.

The life expectancy of R/R AML sufferers is around 6 months when accessing really aggressive treatments like chemo through that period. Spending a large chunk of that time sick and in hospital.

If you can survive 6 months from a single CAR T treatment then quite simply the increase in quality of life during that time is exponentially better with CAR T. An individual would be able to enjoy every single day with freedom. Of course, I'm expecting CAR T to work much longer than that (it does stay in the body up to seven years in gen 2 studies so I hear and ours is gen3) so the possibilities are incredible.

It comes down to whether CAR T can deliver a Complete Molecular Response (CMR) and Sensi bio got CMR in 2 out of their first 3 with CAR NK. And CAR T is a biologically stronger performer so take from what you will.

So as you say whether we place or not is a decision that will effect your short term outlook. Bigger picture I'm very confident we're talking a £500m-£1b product in the not-too-distant. Which means the upside is astronomical from here whether they dilute another 20% first or not. The share price will cotton on soon enough.

Lets get patient 3 injected and prove safety again and then get the paediatric trials commenced. Technically, patient 4 could be a child as I understand it. An exciting few weeks and months ahead.

Hopefully Dr Short at AMD is lined up to present at the big oncology events through the 2nd half of the year and they shout it from the rooftop how good HG-CT-1 is!

Firstly, it would be extremely un-prudent for HEMO to not open a gateway to funding that can get them through phase one trials. Obviously. As much as we'd all like them NOT to use the headroom, we need it to fall back on should it become necessary. These are big boy decisions that Directors of companies have to make. What is the alternative? Shut the business? Urgh.

Secondly, when Big Pharma approach and want HEMO CAR T (they 99% will), If you have no money to complete trials they have you over a barrel and the deal offered will reflect us having no options. If we can show them we can take the drug to clinical proof of concept then we don't necessarily "need" them yet. Therefore they know they must offer a better deal of course.

The naivety on these boards never ends. The magnitude of HEMOs imminent trajectory still isnt comprehended by the nay sayers on here.

How long does big pharma wait before they step in? The longer they do wait then the more they pay us. Tick tock.

Doesn't it speak for itself? He's bought in at the current SP. Which means the warrants are the bonus for them providing funds as he received no discount to flip for profit. Which means he needs the SP to go up to get the bonus. He could flip now and just keep the warrants. But if he thinks the warrants are going to be lucrative then Id imagine he'll not be flipping his stock til its on its way North?

No discount + warrants at 50% higher suggests they expect the SP to go up. Maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't seem overly complex to me.

I just dont understnad the negativity. It looks deliberate. Then I question what you know about HEMO and why you;re invested. And I dont mean just you, just everyone who demands and SP explosion.

Im telling you know, the evidence we know date is that it works. Working drugs get sold for a lot. Big Pharma has deep pockets. The current SP is comedy. HEMO can access cash now because of the data.

Our Mcap is £7m. Its pathetic with the upside being positively splendiforous. Its inarguable.

Im not one to take the mick (I so am), but you seem woefully out of your depth here Hemotruth.

CAR T is working as proved by patient ones continued survival.

Funding will be sorted off the back of the data. It’s frustrating that investors are the last to get to know more the details but the right people (funders/big pharma) are getting to hear the data.

Phase 1 is a dose escalation safety trial. But it’s the efficacy data that will be loosening the purse strings of those with deep pockets.

I dont see why there'd be anything in the annual report about the pediatric studies. Im sure that will come once we get through the required number of adults trialed.

Board Meeting attendance is of little concern to me. I know we were short of cash at 31 December. I know we will be short on cash very soon. Hopefully the next RNS we receive eases some concerns on the financial front.

CBR progress is of little concern to me right now. Im pretty sure work on CBR and CDX will re-commence once funding is in place to resource it. CAR T is the focus right now for HEMO. Its the cash cow that can enable the broader picture to be progressed.

The FDA annual report is completed to provide updates to FDA on ongoing trials. Of course adjustments can be made to them as they progress. Its just been odd timing with us as we'd only just got going!

I'd be using statements from previous reports as well if the facts remained accurate and relevant. No point in re-inventing the wheel.

My opinion is that people seem to expect too much information from what is a report of what has gone on in the last 12m. The main action at HEMO has happened post period and the details are RNSable and inside info if not. Vlad's not going to be writing chapter and verse with the current backdrop.

The next funding deal remains paramount to the progress of HEMO.
