I dont buy into this need for many clients to be injected for there to be enough data to raise interest from big pharma. r/r AML is a deadly serious unmet need. 3 patients data (first cohort) on the lowest dose are seen to work, then everyone will be sitting up and taking notice (Big Pharma). If its saving lives as we move on expediting the trial phase will be sought by MDA. They'll be wanting to get it into as many people/children as possible.

And you're telling me Big Pharma wouldnt want the prestige of solely owning this ground breaking novel treatment for a disease with an unmet need? The presentations Dr Sharpe will make will get him a nobel prize and big pharma will want all the smoke.

Six months data on P1 (injected in February) feels significant to me. See how many more we’ve injected by then to spot the building trends.

It all depends how good Efficacy levels are imo.

If they’re as high as I hope then I think JV/licensing could be even quicker. IMO.

Can you tell me how how many different treatments have reached clinical trial for r/r AML? Including CAR T? And subsequently failed.
