It’s the nature of the beast… How dare the terminally ill patients get too ill to treat etc

I think its probably to do with conditioning patients, lowering immune systems ability to deal with mainstream illnesses and leaving them vulnerable. Also, they have AML. they're seriously ill. Lots of 'typical' problems with patients who are very ill. Sadly not everyone stays fit for CAR T treatment when we want them. Its life.

So giving you an ounce of credibility with your observations though:-

How many of these are targeting FLTP inhibitors? Might it be correct to say that there are no other AML CAR Ts targeting FLT3s? Ill let your impeccable research skills delve into this one.

Outside interest in Tullow is irrefutable though. It has something others want.

I mean, surely, what concern is whatever number of competitors developing treatments for the same illness if its incredibly likely the disease is untreatable? Its funny how you'd bother wasting your time trying to highlight it.

Also, can you narrow down the field to those competitors that target FLT3 inhibitors? I might take notice of you if you can.

Senti's treatment doesn't count. CAR NK treatment is vastly different to CAR T and is simply not a competitor. CAR T and CAR NK complement each other. Even better than that, the CAR NK results to date cross validate HEMO. And all the while we know CAR T outperforms CAR NK. So whatever results they produce, ours will be better.

You told us nothing else works. Its the hardest disease to treat, nothings succuessful, nothing works, its untreatable for a reason.

Funding the only news that will attract the PI it would seem. I'd accepted this a good while ago. But I dont see Big Pharma being perturbed by it. The threshold to satisfy any big players d/d must be moving closer daily. Tick in the box for treating children!

The pediatric trials were always going to open doors to additional funding in my opinion. A serious milestone. FDA see no red flags at HEMO towers to treat kids with HG CT 1. Its pretty amazing really. Didnt MDA want to run the pediatric trials and there was talk of them providing funding? I forget! Anyway, exciting times.

People moaning about it without really understanding it. It hasn't reduced the SP so your stock is still worth the same as it was before. There's just been a slight increase in MCAP which becomes relevant when you talk about £500m+ bids for HEMO CAR T. Working out many multiples of your current stock holding.

However, you cannot get in cheaper now than before the raise. No one has been screwed. Your holding has not been devalued. Use your brain cells people. The traditional reference to the terms 'dilution' and 'discounted placings' that reduce the SP are irrelevant currently.

On this basis will it ever get any cheaper to buy in? It becomes a game of risk adjusted returns. As you the product continues to de-risk (the trial goes well and patients get better) what SP will you have to pay.

And let's be honest, does anyone else think it wont get bought by Big Pharma? HEMO CAR T is streets ahead of anything out there.

I don't know why its so surprising to many.

They need money to run a trial, its not for free.

I just see the placings as bridging finance til Big Pharma have enough data to make a move. The longer they wait the more the competition grows. If HEMO are allowed to present at the ASH conference later this year then EVERYONE will know and it will be an auction. It wouldnt surprise me if interested Big Pharma did not want this to get out before moves are made. But what do I know. I mean, I'm basing my assumptions on Big Pharma being very keen on owning and showing off a ground-breaking novel r/rAML (and potentially curative) treatment that will bring a paradigm-shifting upgrade to treatment in AML.

Whether Joe Bloggs investor-trader on the street likes it or not... mile stone licensing could come any time and pivotal events like ASH really are catalysts driving HEMO visibility. As awareness of HEMO seems to me to be the only thing slowing things down currently.
