Noone denies phase 1 trials primary objective is safety. You just like to twist the narrative. However, its secondary objective is to test efficacy. Please explain how patient one still being alive without any further treatment delivered after five months does not contribute to an efficacy assessment and does not contribute toward demonstrating efficacy?
