The paediatric protocol means adults and children can be injected alongside each other expediting progress. And it adds huge numbers to the overall value of the asset.

Of the first cohort, of we get 100% pass safety then this could complete phase 1 trials. That alone is trend-smashing any AML CAR T trial before. Phase 2 trials could begin so much sooner than you think.

How long as an interested party - Big Pharma - are you will to wait for more and more data whilst the number of interested parties grows over time? It either gets bought soon to secure the asset in a bold move, or we get a bidding war beginning to build as the data is shared by MDA to all the right people.

At a £6m mcap I dont think you understand the astronomical upside or how big pharma move on the best new assets out there.

When Big pharma are fully away of HG CT 1s novel safe and efficacious treatment that has already (imo) demonstrated it is the new gold standard of care in AML, it will get snapped up. Simple.

aSCT costs $400k+. All existing treatments are simply a bridge to keep AML patients fit enough to be able to get go through aSCT from which only around 50% make it as it is very dangerous. Existing treatments target keeping a patient well enough for a 3 month window to go through aSCT.

HG CT 1 CAR T treatment will remove the need for aSCT entirely. Patients are fit and healthy once they have the dose. It has huge cost saving implications and improvements in ongoing care and living standards.

Big pharma will be getting to know this now. More Big Pharma will get to know this is as the weeks pass. Those involved in AML treatments will want to control the market and own the (comfortably) best treatment on the planet.

It will worth billions and its value will be crystallised way sooner than the market seems to think.

I think that once we get patient 3 (hope they're ok) injected things can change pretty quickly here. Fourth patient can be paediatric which will result in bigger funding available in grants and sponsorship etc. I'd imagine any talks Vlad is having in the background will suddenly begin to move forward quickly.

The fact FDA have approved the amendment to the protocol for kids so early in trials is obviously completely lost on the market. Incredibly impressive and indications of both HG CT 1's safety profile AND efficacy must be truly compelling.

More and more doors are ready to open and P3 is the catalyst. IMO.
