When they inject there's still full risk of failure. It wasn't really an anything moment apart from proving HEMO have been ploughing on with the trial (may saying they weren't).

Patient data from first treatment is massive. Its proof. Proof (all being well) it works.

This event is nothing like anything ever seen at HEMO before. Its the point of commercialisation. Comparing to the nice to have news in the past is misguided. Its nothign like any news we have ever had before.

Saint, depends on how good efficacy data is as per the royalty split. I say it will be v good.

You don’t really see aggressive take overs on the cheap in pharma. Everything tends to go for fair value. Whether a licensing deal or a whole company.

CAR T with proof of concept demands BIG BUCKs. Simple.

Im sorry Saint but I'm not sure you've read my post properly.

1. I gave an example valuation including £50m cash. I'd be hoping its more like £100m if CAR T has high efficacy numbers.

2. I'm not sure you comprehend the numbers involved with a 20% royalty to HEMO of sales going forward from launch. Sales could be anything from £1b-£5b a year.

3. HEMO CAR T reaching proof of concept would heavily de-risk CDX cross validating its safety profile and to an extent efficacy as they're based on similar design and structure.

4. Selling/licensing CAR T to be BIg Pharma is THE end game. If he was going to partner up he's have done it ages ago and not faffed around chasing funding for the last 3yrs. Reaching proof of concept whilst retaining 100% equity is exactly where the big bucks are made.

5. The upfront cash would then fund CBR (and CDX if he doesnt sell it).

6. Licensing HEMO CAR T is THE END GAME.

All in my opinion, of course.

Proof of concept can be achieved within as little as 3-6 patient treatment rounds.

Big Pharma will be scrambling to see the data from now.

It's very very obvious the market doesn't understand what HEMO have here.
