But look on the bright side, the SP is in a much better place tonight than it was a month ago.

Don't know why anyone is surprised at the SP movement. It has risen from below 5p to 25p in a very short time, so a serious pull-back was inevitable. Plus, of course, the inevitable manipulation. Someone somewhere is making a fortune from this. When we get positive news of orders, things will change dramatically, in my view.
All IMHO, of course.

It seems that the next meeting of the Cheshire West Planning Committee is Thursday 23rd January. So a bit longer to wait, assuming that the DMG application manages to get on the agenda for that one.

I agree with banaman, BumbleB, I used to use ii but they came with a "new & improved" version and destroyed it, so I left. So we really do need your report on here, and ignore the trolls! They will self combust in the fulness of time, shortly I reckon.

It's all very well saying they will spend a billion £ on upgrading the grid. - it only takes a minute to authorise a billion £ but a lot longer to build the infrastructure, and to find the qualified manpower to do it. Especially if we're not going to bring in European tradesmen any more.

So why have we dropped over 9% ..?

And here's the video on YouTube. In order to get the hydrogen to 99.999% purity, they would have to put it through PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorpion) equipment. This is the level of purity that is required for EVs.

This SP is clearly being held down for some reason. Pure manipulation!

If they get the planning permission at the January meeting of the planning committee, then there is the chance that they could be up and running with the first DGM unit before the end of next year.
