A point that has been made on here before is that the need for off-grid charging is not just in remote areas, but in city or town centres and even within housing estates and residential areas. In those places it's not the main national grid that has the problem but the local distribution network because they may have difficulty providing the level of power and quantity of outlets required to provide fast charging facilities for a large number of EVs.

Bear in mind that it is most likely that the DMG unit will be paid for and operated by a SPV company and that PHE will receive 20% of the Net Revenue from the SPV. Of course PHE may, or may not, have a shareholding in the SPV in which case it will receive a proportionate share of the net profit as well.

Going back a couple of years or so, the initial intention was to produce and sell electricity only, before the idea of hydrogen came on the scene. It was stated that it was viable at that time, so presumably that would still be the case.

PHE, or rather the people who operate the DMG units, always have the option to sell electricity instead of hydrogen. And presumably PHE will be getting its licence fees of 20% of net revenues from the operators of the DMG units.

It's just a shame that the "Prospectus" to shareholders can't be issued now so that we can see it, then we would know exactly what is being proposed and we wouldn't need to speculate any further.

Yes stokey, I'm aware of that. I'm just being tongue in cheek! I don't really believe that PHE is being shorted, but I do believe that the MMs play silly buggers with the SP.

You certainly won't see a valuation by looking at W2T's balance sheet, that's for sure. Nor from any other non-PHE project work they may have been involved with in the past. That's not what the PHE take-over is about.
