Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Doze: I wouldn't be so certain that the "Timing of CV is not in AS's hands".
Since they're outside of PD, who is to say that Awacta don't have loads of versions of the LFT with different batches of Affimers with different buffers etc.?
On day one we supply 100 of v1 and get back s/s data which are good, but not as good as in the lab. So on day two we give 100 of v2 and keep doing human trials until we get THE one - the one with the best s/s figures in humans.
It looks like cherry picking, but we're not cherry picking the data from within a set of data, we're cherry picking the best test from a set of tests. Once they'd nailed down their best candidate, then you do a large scale trial.
One would hope/expect all of what I've described led up to the data that were released a few weeks ago, but one never knows.
38 - its grown.
And the 34 is fanciful to start with. I am 100% Awacta, my posting history hopefully supports that claim. I've been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer and hold the majority of my (for me) sizeable investment for as long as I can keep wifey off it. So I'm not saying this to deramp. This company has many many potential and realised revenue streams that give us the chance to be the next Roche et.al.
But 34? Including the ELISA test? The ELISA test which will not be sold. The ELISA test that will make the SP do what? Double? Triple? Yes, lets have a list of all the opportunities that we've got in the bag. It makes a nice advert for noobs, but at least let's make it honest and realistic. Imagine if you were a noob and used it as a start of your research and you got down to the ELISA as a money maker, you'd think that someone were trying to pull the wool over their eyes and make out that we're more than we are.
Sorry.
I think BAMS for covid is essentially no longer a money spinner, but longer term the Bruker link probably will lead to higher revenues than BAMS for covid ever would have.
Together we should be able to brews up an Affimer for whatever molecule of interest, sellotape it to a magnetic bead and bingo, you have yourself a BAMS for whatever you want. That Sir is long term revenue.
My pessimistic take is that BAMS is a pretty much dead duck.
The initial goal for BAMS was to supplement lab testing when PCR wasn't capable to processing the numbers needed. MS machines could have been roped into the task since they were a common machine and not being used to test for covid.
But, with the release of accurate enough LFTs why would anyone want to wait a couple of days to get their result? PCR is on the way out (sorry NCYT et.al.), so why do we need a supplement? Maybe it'll be cheaper and hence the handful of lab-based checks that have to be done might be MS rather than PCR, but we will only be talking handfuls. It won't make us too much.
I read Saint Al's body language in the recent Paul Hill show as resignation that it has taken too long and that boat has sailed.
So... Why do you say that travel is the problem?
Hopefully, the plan will be that pretty much everyone tests daily for the foreseeable future. You get up and test. If positive isolate. If negative, get on the bus, go to work, go to the Steps reunion concert etc. Tomorrow rinse and repeat.
Rapcrap11: there will be a maximum time between test and entry - you can't take a test last week and try to claim you're still negative. Obviously. But, if you test negative within e.g. 12 hours, then catch it are you going to be infectious within that time period?
Scardey: one last Q. You said there is a 2.5% interest on the money you 'borrowed'. Is that still payable if you have the cash to cover your bet sat in your IG account? i.e. the wife is not a fan of leveraging.
Are the dividends subject to CGT?
So. In summary - am I near?
Ownership of shares: lower spread, lower fees.
Spread betting: no CGT, if I didn't leverage, there is no extra risk to capital.
In the event of the expected explosion in SP, spread betting wins hands down?
Doofus noob question, but doesn't the threat of a special dividend make ownership of shares attractive over a spread bet?
I know Abakta don't at the moment, but if they finally get their test out there, it sells buckets and they are sitting on a massive pile of cash, it could just happen.
We all know what will happen, so why do we react?
Why do people (if you can call them that) come here and try to save us from our own decisions?
If I had the level of concern about an investment that some appear to have, then I'd be out. Sharpish. After I had sold, I would probably politely share my concerns and if they were ignored, then so be it. It was, after all, only my opinion/findings/interpretation. But, why would anyone keep going? What would I have to gain from 50 or so rants?
Unless there were an ulterior motive. We all know there is such a motive.
Does anyone believe that one poster, making unchallenged claims about this company, which would soon be drowned out by the rest of us, would affect the buying decision of a noob? So why do we challenge? We aren't going to change a mind or re-educate. All we're going to do is raise the profile of the troll. Which is EXACTLY what they want.
Please all, as a wise person once said, let it go.
It may not be inactive, but would be present in the periphery in such small concentration that it would hardly cause any problem. It is when it is concentrated in one place that it causes its mischief.
Yes, it is not without danger to the rest of the body, but what is?

Mat, what the hell are you playing at? Did you think that the point of this BB is to share research about Abakta and Covid in general? You, Sir or Madam are sorely mistaken. It is solely for the purposes of ****ging off Omega/Novacyt/Innova etc. etc.
