Agreed. I was once here on a free ride when went to over 0.5 and have put that money back in remembering the 50 million tax loss for the buyer and Fura's plans to list. The news yesterday was a big step forward and people were saying end of Jan could pick up again so was in my mind to come back then but seems a little delay. Not seen many like this so keen to be in to observe. Clearly this could get to .5p again on firmer news.

I think back to when there was the no engagement letter RNS. LSE crashed then. Wasn't suspended at the time and was a little lost then as to what to do. Is getting a bit noticeable.

Otherwise personally think warrants are inevitable and they were cheap at agreed price so can't read much into it for sure.

Every sign is the company is very well run and Dmitry outstanding track record. The tweet came unexpectedly from a third party adviser to CITIC. They have had to respond and it may have been very awkward as they were negotiating with several parties. Phone may be going nuts.

So I agree silence can be unsettling but it remains it can be absolutely still the best option in a mini dilemma and they seemed to stagger out the RNS to buy time as nothing was said in the third that couldn't have been in the first etc. Again might be great management.

TBH suspending the share when it was up 90% from 10 days before and had just been valued at 57p, could have been a real sensible juncture to suspend if the SP had not risen as far as they hoped for negotiations due to shorter attacks (having already risen 1800% in 4 months - another great sign of a great BoD). At least it was threatening 18p easily from the charts. It's possible there is a sweet spot for keeping all stakeholders happy too.

Nobody here is saying it's 100% a done deal but the downside risks are also minimal with having finance in place and potential 40 ounces to unlock at MT alone. 57p is a reasonable prediction to make and saying it could be double is not ludicrous. To me it is rational optimism when the board have many shares and are aligned to SH interests too.

Spot on nitro I checked a lot of this on Sunday looked fine just the usual idiots with no brain giving headlines like "this guy is a fake" with no reasons.

Enjoying the suspension myself less need to give a crap and think we are much stronger now than we were on Friday. Surprised how calm I felt today but watched it like a hawk.

Will have been awkward for board I think this leak when sensitive negotiations ongoing with multiple parties who may still be in the hunt. Now it looks like engagement letters are in public domain and really all parties including investors need level playing field otherwise like insider trading or open to accusation. So a suspension, while seeming like an overreaction to a third party tweet that moved the SP 4%, is probably a good thing. They can't be like revealing commissions and things if still negotiating with other parties or if other parties on a different basis.

Was a big botfly attack after RNS but main sting taken away by fact LSE was down, and not fully repaired their galleon yet it seems (RNS still saying 2 1100 new posts every time I check it etc).

What makes you say his first tweet I saw others from him in the summer re EUA on Sunday which helped me think legit. I'm not a big twitter user though so don't login. And I saw his linkedin. One could be genuine the other not I guess.

Thought crossed we might be announcing building our mine but don't think that would require a suspension. Defo an offer is the most likely thing but we shall see. Think you would have to wait to see BoD comments on any offer. Also depends on your liquidity. Might sell half then leave half I was thinking. Avoid getting lots tied up.

Our BoD is so shrewd they have a third asset though in a tailings project they can fall back on. No cash shell ticking etc.

I doubt if Russian state will cease because NN have other Pd mines in Russia no reason to pick on us. If they did they would have to pay all our costs up to now and 20% premium I think under Russian law. I think Russia is hierarchical and not just anyone could do this, but as we have an excellent respected BoD we will be ok. They will not upset the wrong people. that's what I concluded when weighing it up past 4 months.

It would backfire I think and plenty of resource to get a deal that pleases everyone.
