thanks mail12 - the "0%" on the Barclays website must be incorrect then.

Barclays say: "Holders electing to take up their full entitlement also have the option to apply for additional shares".

They then allow you to enter the number of shares you want as your "full entitlement", ie a maximum of 1 for 22.

But next to the box where you are supposed to enter the "additional shares" that you want, it calls that "units for oversubscription", and says "Oversubscription Maximum 0%". So can you or can't you apply for additional shares?

Anyway, though, it's a mug's game predicting short-term movements; what matters for long or longish term holders is that any weakness should be relatively short-lived - like it was last time - and at current levels it would be as good a moment as any to top up.

People are talking about an "overhang" of shares, which assumes that new holders will want to get out as quickly as possible.

I'm not convinced that that is the case: this fundraising represents a turning point for the project, and comes at a much closer point to production than the last fundraising - and that's a big difference between the two.

All we can be sure of is that the new holders will not want to get out at less than 15p, which will put a floor under the SP.

"Competitive bidding war" - just like for Flybe? I'm steering clear.

For CREST shareholders, the offer is 1 for 22 (rounded down) @ 15p, full stop.

Only non-CREST shareholders, ie those with paper share certificates, can apply for more @ 15p (with no guarantee of acceptance)

That's my reading of the Prospectus, at any rate.

I expected, as a veteran of Flybe, that it would drift down in the absence of news, after the initial excitement following the weekend press reports. But already it's almost back to where it was, no doubt whilst we await further developments (whether positive or negative).

It's just an "uncrossing trade", ie not a true trade as I understand it.

Thanks Stuart. I note that Standard life are shown as 7.8%, whereas the latest RNS issued at 3.30pm today shows their holding as 15%. At least they're not running for the exit!

Vulnerable to a takeover, maybe, but at what price? Glad I was only allocated £2k worth of shares when floated, and haven't been tempted to average down since. Doubt if I ever will - memories of Flybe are still too fresh.

Volatile SP as always due to low turnover.

Despite the gloomy RNS, company should still show a decent profit for the year as a whole - my guess (and hope) would be PBT of £0.7m (at least). Coupled with news of a flying start to 2019/20, this should get the shares back to double figures.

This article seems more relevant to today's spike than the widely misinterpreted RNS.

Has already made up 1/3rd of the ground lost in the recent big drop. A remarkably fast recovery.

Inevitable SP drift in the absence of news. It's a vicious circle really, the longer we wait the more the SP drifts down, the more it drifts down the longer it seems to be taking.

Company seems to have everything: best-in-class products, a strong partner in Microlise, heavily invested management (including £0.7m injection just a few months ago), no cash flow concerns for the time being, enhanced focus on sales and marketing.

So it wouldn't take much for the recent drop to be reversed. All we need is something concrete.

My guess is that they'll delay the next trading update until they have some real progress to report.

More patience needed unfortunately.
