It would be remarkable if any long term shareholders vote for anything in the interests of the board given the performance of the last two years, and lack of comms. For most of us now the money is irrelevant as we’re 70/80/90% down so I think for those still here it’s about seeing some change. To be performing far worse than pre covid can only be down to Management, that is the board and the chairman. They have to go, certainly the chairman. There can be absolutely no way what he is doing, if anything, is in our interests. What’s the worst than can happen if he’s ousted? It’s a mistake and we drop to 20p? Oh well, meh. Not as if we’re not on that trajectory anyway.
Going private is looking like what they want, they’re already acting like a private company after all
