Was the board this quiet pre covid? Assume so but given the hype of 2020-2021, this seems eerily quiet

In a year. If it gets to 5p it probably is worth a punt near the court case

A year to go and we sit at 38p, dropping every day. It’s becoming more and more conceivable that this could be 5/10p by the court case time.

This article by the independent should have raised a flag for us really, but our greed and rabbit in the headlights reaction to what was happening clearly clouded our judgement.

And here we are, another random day in June and another 5% down for no apparent reason. A truly awful, awful company which should not be listed on a stock exchange.

the fact this **** company got to £12 shows how insane the markets can be. this company, valued at £27m, once had a marcap of £0.8bn.

another 2 months. so we will be almost 7.5 months into the year when we potentially find out more about the 2023 outlook. ******* disgrace.

Airline boy - it won’t, they get low numbers every year. Cleaner a deliberate tactic to wear everyone down. Digesting but not wholly surprising, just another joke aim company with corruption at the height of it, it would seem.

Not surprised. I still don’t even know if my vote was registered in the end. Imagine there were many in the same boat. How many votes suppressed/not registered, one wonders.

No wonder they never have enough votes. So, I hold through AJBell and had absolutely no notifications so couldn't vote electronically so sent a scanned copy of my voting form to Mandy - "thanks but need proof of holding". Fine, sent a screenshot of my AJBell account showing the holding. Rejected "sorry, we need a PDF showing your holding". Managed to download a PDF from AJBell of the exact same screenshot. No idea if that'll be accepted.

Is it the company who has to push this through the various dealing houses (AJBell, HL etc.) or is it on them? I find it staggering that in 2023 we are still using old fashioned paper forms, printed, scanned and emailed back. I would expect a secure message from AJbell to say there is an AGM and click here to vote.

Anyone else having similar difficulties?

I like how JMc looks like he’s going to blag a good year or so as acting CEO - I remember we had to endorse DA (lord knows how that sailed through) but presumably we have no say in who is currently crashing the ncyt train given that’s he’s acting? Nice work if you can get it.

I remember in 2021 they talked of new product launches in Q4 2022 - what happened to those? If there were any, they clearly didn’t sell.

I don’t. I don’t assume anything about winning or losing but I look at facts like how the company is being run into the ground and it worries me for what went before.

Of course I don’t like losing, hence why losing 90% hurts.

I’ve just done what I can, which isn’t much, and voted. A resounding no to resolutions 7-10, hopefully many others follow suit.

Product range is only unrivalled if it is in demand, which it clearly isn’t.

Look more and more incompetent which really concerns me with regards to the case. Could quite easily have cut corners with the contract in the midst of covid - not saying they have but given the awful performance and shareholder blackout in the last two years, we’ve every right to be very concerned.
