Val - because it is exactly the same thing. How on earth am I trying to inflate it by saying £100k or £0.1m - it is literally one and the same. The more pertient point is that we are getting someone on the board who by all accounts is not held in very good regard by YG shareholders but costs them circa £400k per year.

Looks like their main directors took a hefty pay rise from 2021 to 2022, CEO cost them £394k in remuneration, up almost £0.1m from 2021.

They need to be good if they’re going to stay.

It’s like the market went into overdrive on Monday due to the news, then digested it and realised “oh actually, it’s just one dying company buying another dying company for far too much money. Re-rate.

Moniman at this rate it won’t be much of an implosion given the state of the SP. Another 8.5% down today, leaves us now just 7% up on Mondays open. Trajectory is down so may we see new 52w lows by Friday?

This SP is a complete and utter joke.

Not sure what the insider trading closed period is but this must have been in the works for months and months. Prior to the closed period, absolutely no insider buys when sp on its knees

I appreciate that both, but ultimately what we are here for is positive increases in the SP. Ok it was good news but frankly by the middle of wednesday we are almost back to where we started the week, some 30% of our cash balance as a mcap. There appears to be nothing that can sustain a rise here. Ok such news was always going to be perfect for the quick buck chancers but to tank back to almost where we started feels odd given the apparently good news.

As always, something isn't adding up.

Val, no thanks I'll wait for the next P&D. I genuinely didn't think this was one but clearly is, 10% red now. Market has clearly digested the news and thinks "meh".

Moniman, at this rate it will be sub 38 by the end of the week. Mondays news is turning into a damp squib. 7.5% down yes tray and same currently.

Back on the downward trajectory now then it would seem. Market gave us one day of fun and now back to normal!

Posters on the YG board are pretty scathing about their CEO. I wonder if he’ll keep his job at ncyt. Cost the company about £400k in remuneration etc last year.

Also haven't seen any chunky buys, a few 10k's but mostly 3 and 4 figures, with what seems like almost as many sells. Early days yet though, I guess. Finally the market has a bit of work to do to digest and understand the implications of this rather than just logging on at 8am and saying "let's tank ncyt again today because, well, why not"

Amidst all the positivity, is it good that we are potentially buying a company, at a massive premium, that may be on course for administration?
