Dilution can be for Greedy CEO's. Anyone who know's Range Resources, RRL will know all about it. Ex- CEO Peter Landau would dilute water if he could. Now gone, but excessive dilution won't do too much good for us, so we'll have to wait and see. The 'Exciting and rewarding opportunities for shareholder's' (not an exact quote) is what I like to read. As yet, too early for Flying Pig's!

Ok, thanks. I can't justify L2 othwerwise I would never do any work! Shareprice.com I believe, may be slightly ahead of this board. Apart from that I don't have any need to want to learn that system as I am also a non-day trader. I sit around for 6 month, a year or in the case of RRL 4 years waiting to recover my 4 Grand that I 'wasted' there. At the current price on ASTA, I am about 20% up approx. I will check out Shareprice and see what it shows. Getting busy for me now, so must get my head down!

Is L2 showing an increase? I doubt the BoD are daft enough to muck it up. See how far they have come in a couple of months. It is very unlikely that they will scupper any deals when they want to make money themselves. Unless there happens to be an 'anomaly' happen during such a deal which they can't get over, they could pull out. The pro's are sure to outweigh the Con's and these guys aren't stupid as all angles will have been covered 'per deal' before putting pen to paper othwerwise there could be a Law Suit. It won't happen!

Maybe 'Gas' could be taken in the wrong context! :)) I think 'MX Oil' is preferable just in case they choose not 'Major' on the Gas component for a while. It could be added later on though.

Wonder when the name change will show on the AIM? From that point the SP could jump straight to 3p if it's at this level at the change. It's real proof that the old ASTA is finished and is sure to encourage more investors who then realize (which they should have already), the new company mean BIG business and it won't be long before it happens and a great deal more investment heads this way. This will be when any placings happen with new interested Pi's. It can only be for the good, although dilution never bodes well for a few weeks.

Actually, I haven't had a hard life as such, except in the finances dept and withing the last 8 years. I'm a 'young bloke' and my writing doesn't give my age away and I don't act it or look it, but it's probably mentioned it in a previous post. My user name is synonimous with my trade: Photography/Retail/ Classic Camera specialist. A great trade to be in and very interesting, but no money anymore. A biker of old, Greaser for those old enough to know, Ted at weekends (1970s) but no bikes anymore. Still pretty mad and a practical joker of sorts and it keeps me young. Swimming and cycling keeps me fit! I'm here to try to dig myself out of a rut which won't be possible with my owings and things, so I have to make the most of what I have. 61 next birthday and can still cycle 5 miles in less than 20 minutes on the flat :)) I'm looking to make 2 or 3K here if I don't have to sell up earlier (Bank demands and so on). is that a placing is imminent. I also guess it will hit this fairly hard to below 2p, c.1.7p. Whilst this is going well at present, often things which look really great with penny shares are usually hit hard with placings. Once they get back to a decent figure over a couple of months, all of a sudden it happens again and again. IF we get some great news that adds a penny or so to the SP, I may get out simply because it is rare thats no placings are issued and the SP Rockets on a discovery or deal. A fact of life on the AIM where is all is hardly ever a bed of Roses...except the share that you are NOT in but looked at with a view to buy. They are the one's that often Shoot up! A placing is likely to happen around September or a bit earlier (guess) as the time frame which NO placing has happened is bound to close with this in the offing, so be prepared. I was warned by someone about this a few weeks ago. He was 'Old School' on this board and before. Doesn't post anymore. No names!

The best thing about that date is that I hope to be camping in Sth. Devon for a week. That matters to me as I only go there once a year and love it. I am not sure about the date but someone may come up with the true answer!

I was in PPA for two years, sold out what I had and then bought back in again. Not a hanger-on remnant with a grudge but a bitter and don't go on about it. The past is what it is, the past and nothing can be changed, so we look to the future now, it's only just begun.......................(name that tune!) I can stay in as long as the Bank don't call time on my business, but it's getting very dodgy and fairly likely. Anyone care to guess an SP say 6 months from now? I would hazrad a guess: 6-8p any adavnce on this (just for fun) and no need to qualify your gut feel! That's mine for what it's worth. Must do some work and try to keep Gnatwest off my Bum. I was also a PPA left over but that is irrelavent now. Dead and burried like the old board should be for their actions. Anyway, the whole 'new' ASTA is doing the biz. As I mentioned just when ASTA's name came along, this share will only work if the new BoD offer plenty of zest, interest and FACTS. Not only that, but to be seen to be doing something; ie walking the walk and if they didn't, it would probably fail. However, it has far surpassed expectations so far. I didn't buy in the very early days as I got bitten when the 'other' shambles went belly up. I also said that it was best to wait and see how long the share was stable for before buying in, but to leave until later meant that any rise would be missed until we (or the Punter) felt sure they weren't going to lose another Shed Load! OK for those with lost of spare cash to gamble with, but for me the word 'lots' didn't come into it, otherwise I would have taken a further risk at c.0.006p. I still put in a modest punt later on which has paid off so far. It looks very good, but the proof of the pudding and so on. The Pudding is cooking and I hope that it will taste as good as the picture looks on the ingredient pack. What we don't want to taste is the cardboard outer with nothing in the middle if you see my point, but I don't think will happen.

I am way past my BE point now, but won't sell until this gets significantly higher. There's still pelnty more to come yet.

Ha! A similar outlook to myself. Off to Isle of Wight on Sunday for a week. No PC no share viewing, no up to date phone :)) May come back to a surprise...or not.
