I'm here in SA until March, then due to work commitments I'm back in the UK until September. I can't do winter anymore. I like the sun too much. It's only 22 degrees here today but Christmas Eve it gets warmer again. Right, off for a family party, Mrs Photo has a gathering of her clan and it will mean a few ciders in the sun.

By the way, the other share I sold is falling and TXP is climbing!! Phew....for now.

I had to try and try again Tonnacombe, I use Barclays. It took about 15 attempts and I had to split my buy into two smaller amounts. The shares are out there but tough to get presently.

As most on here know, I've been here a long time, since the 12p days. I did something today that I've never done before, I consciously took a loss, a big loss for me, on another share and ploughed the funds raised from that sale into TXP. I need to hit £2 here to recover that loss.

It feels weird and a little nerve wracking to have done this manoeuvre to be honest..... However, such is my confidence in PB, the TXP team and the TXP story, I know it will come right.

If this doesn't work, I'll be in ClimbingWooster's tent and riding Lexion's horse to the food bank......

When PB does an interview later today or tomorrow, instead of the interviewer just asking about the JAM we all know is coming, it would be great if she would ask PB what he thinks about the price drop for today. I know it matters not in the long run, we all know where the company is heading, but it would be great to get his opinion.

Maybe somebody is forcing the price down to get a great TO price?

Ol well folks, over and out for now. I'm currently in South Africa and this latest hump in the road is not going to spoil my break. Knickers to whoever or whatever is dropping the price. I love the phrase 'what goes around comes around' Greedy people usually get nothing good as they can't satisfy that greed.

Have I missed something? As I have said before, I'm not the most diligent of investors or researches and rely on the posts here to see what's happening. A big loss yesterday for the TXP SP, a bad start today and this board here seems a little negative. What have I missed?

I said at the beginning of the year that I thought £3 was on the cards. Although that looks over optimistic, I'll stick with it.

Ah....just seen this has been discussed today.

A buy out on the cards? Delays on the Coho pipeline to see if Royston was a success? I am going to say that I think Shell are on the prowl......not sure of the price but we must look very very tasty to a big player now.
