Seems like Scopia's move prompted others to realise gains in the short term but for me the 250 level represents a nice benchmark for medium term SP increase. Good time to re-enter IMO

Yes seems like a big seller offloading towards the end of the year. Over 1m shares bought on buy back now per day and the SP is still going down. Hopefully the seller will be done soon so we can resume the upward trend

Buy back yesterday was 983,988 shares according to RNS - so the $100m will be gone in the coming days. Hopefully this will nudge the SP back towards 250 and beyond ... Perhaps buy back will be extended?

Thanks for the buy back data Corradus - glad someone is keeping a close eye on it! So at current rates of purchase this will be completed in December. Interesting...

Perhaps INDV will crank up the buy backs to 1m shares per day (currently 500k) - by my reckoning they have spent around $60m so far of the up to $100m pledged in the summer. That would provide a nice burst of energy!

SP drifting down at the moment - needs a shake - any events / news on the horizon to get INDV on the move again?

After gently backing out of INDV over the last few weeks, am now back in again. After Scopia spooked the horses I cant see why this stock doesnt get back to its steady climb, back to 265+ in the next couple of weeks. Surely all the wavering sellers got out this week ...

RNS today INDV buyback is now at 440k shares vs 330k yesterday and 130k at the start of Nov. That represents around 1/3 of the average daily volume (if we exclude the frenzy after the Scopia 3% sale) - so plenty of support here. Seems like a temporary dip thats worth investing in ...

Agreed - this is an over-reaction to an orderly transfer of 3% of a recovering business on a good trajectory. Added and waiting for the bounce!

Seems like a nice marker for INDV SP - not sure what discount you would get for buying at these levels but £2.50 is a good floor level. Has prompted lots of action however - hopefully we minnows can get through the turbulence. Might even be a good time to top up?

Interesting RNS this evening showing that Scopia (largest shareholder in INDV) will sell 3% of INDV share capital which seems to equate to around 18% of INDV shares held by Scopia - north of £50m. Will be interesting to see how this will be reflected in SP terms in the coming days.

... at 2.40pm and by 3.40pm the SP is back up to the days high. There is a real appetite for INDV out there ...

If the outlook is so rosy then a near term buy out is on the cards - but is INDV big enough to attract Big Pharma interest? Perhaps a smaller fish with strong investor backing would be a more likely scenario ...

Not really - purchases were reduced over the last couple of weeks and now they are edging up to previous levels. Still the SP continues to head north ... so happy days!

Repurchases down to 110k today (now 1/3 of only a few days ago). What do you think the strategy is here?
- SP moving u nicely without repurchases?
- Keeping powder dry because they might need it after 3Q earnings?
- SP where they want it to be?

After jacking up share repurchases last week to around 350k the last 2 days have seen a drop 170k and 130k - perhaps the headline of 'up to' $100m pot for repurchases has done its job and SP is now at target levels.
