If the EUR 3M zero is converted at 5 times the SP then it will only be worth EUR 0.6M. To make up this EUR 2.4M loss using the EUR 3.5M converting at 1p the SP would need to be at 1.58p or above. To equalize the whole EUR 4.8M of loan we get a figure of around 1.9p which is just under the Story conversion price. I don't see this heading much below 2p. I'm expecting to hear news of conversion, crypto start up schedule soon with BTC marching higher. All looking good and you can now buy at a 50% discount from the other day. Market cap still below hot air GST. Tip top.

Not so fast. The same holder also has to convert EUR3M of bonds at 1.25 to 5 times the SP so I expect the pricing effect of these two net each other out and for effective combined pricing to be roughly around these levels. All the claim news and crypto updates are still ahead of us, the SP has been making a succession of higher highs and higher lows and I anticipate we have likely reached the low for the current pullback.

Chillax. All that juicy news you invested for ... it's all still to come and BTC is looking peachy.

Oh come on. It's only two ticks on the illiquid ASX SP chart.

If the SP movement to 4.5p and back to 2.1p has enabled the conversion of the warrants at 2p resulting in the company raising an additional £2M will you still be whinging then? After all, we'll have £3.6M plus in cash ready to crack on with crypto operations start up. I'm expecting an RNS to that effect imminently. With BTC a hair's breath from its ATH overnight CLP will be set up perfectly for a strong run higher. Stop simpering and see the bigger picture.

What a dreadful comparison. SXX was driven by internal news flow and fell foul of its own internal problems. Argo is driven primarily by an external factor, the cyclical bull market in crypto currencies and blockchain technology. Not only that, but SXX had no revenue and was unable to finance its own development. ARB is throwing off huge amounts of cash flow with huge margins and has had no trouble raising chunky sums in the market to funds its ever accelerating expansion. Aside from a strong rally in SP there is no similarity whatsoever. If people lost money in SXX it has no bearing on any other stock except to teach them to research properly and manage their investments carefully. ARB is an impressive company in a key sector with phenomenally efficient operations and excellent communication and I'm very happy to be invested.

I don't see the USP of MODE. It owns BTC, but only a small fraction of its market so is very deleveraged to the price of BTC. Its in-house project is related to crypto payments and with mainstream providers like VISA, Paypal and Mastercard integrating crypto into their systems I'm not sure how a small startup like MODE will be able to compete.
