Seriously? EUA is nothing to do with CLP, crypto or blockchain. The fact that ticker gets sprayed all over the place is a major red flag IMO. How many months has the narrative been spun now? 15? 16? 17?

I see even COIN is listed on OTCQB ahead of KR1. Come on lads, get the paperwork in.

Expect this will move very quickly.

£10 in a year almost sounds ridiculous, but we are in a major cypto bull market, altcoins do best as the bull progresses, DeFi and Web 3.0 are the focus this time round and KR1 is in exactly this area, so as shocking as it sounds you are probably spot on BOTAK. Despite the listing short comings, we are very lucky indeed to have this fantastic investment vehicle at this moment in time. Boy this will be exiting.

I wondered that BOTAK. However if they really want to support the tech they should be doing everything possible to increase the value of the business and much as possible as this will give them greater influence to do just that. Perhaps they are so focused on their own technical brilliance they may think they know it all and fail to see the bigger picture. Humans have a tendency to over extrapolate expecting greater efforts in a single area to lead to greater results, when real quantum gains often come from taking a step back noticing your blind spots and working on an entirely different part of your game. Harnessing the power of the markets in the right way by getting proper listings, understanding the role of engaging with investors to build a brand to drive demand for your shares and by setting up their own in-house trading desk to actively manage their investments would go a long way to geometrically increase the value of the business and make them a true Goliath in supporting blockchain technology.

The company has an excellent portfolio of investment, but KR1 has completely outgrown its Aquis listing and if the BOD wants to maximize shareholder value they need to focus on resolving this issue ahead of focusing any more attention on the underlying crypto business. Given their huge personal stakes, if they don't sort it out they will be the ones hardest hit. An LSE listing is the obvious choice, but if KR1 is ineligible they should do what is required to move from OTC Pink to OTCQB and then OTCQX as ARB has done and also speak with the Aquis MMs about what needs to be done to significantly improve liquidity.

If they can't remedy the situation KR1 should consider selling pretty much the entire portfolio of liquid investments when they sense the cycle top is reached and returning 90% of that money as a special dividend to investors, which includes themselves. They can then reinvest the 10% they keep as cash at cycle lows in a couple of years time either through seed capital rounds or by buying back some of the same investments at much lower prices in the secondary market. This would negate the need for investors to sell shares to lock in gains and render the MM and listing situation moot. It would also be helpful if they could communicate their plans to the market in this regard.

NFT is one of the hot sectors in the current cyrpto bull market and COIN has positioned itself nicely in this regard. Their first offering in conjunction with The Gibraltar Philatelic Bureau is scheduled for release within the next few weeks and it looks like there will be many more NFT projects to come.

There's a huge gulf between making quality counter arguments and posting transparent hackneyed negative drivel though so you can't be surprised that investors give it short shrift.
