JM announced that at the AGM, so technically it is 38 days later, also we didn't have any RNS since Dec 6th..

and yes, not everything is in their control, but the best way to keep us happy is to communicate openly when these adverse factors occur..

I find it personally hard to digest being told that the MSC agreement would be announced in December and still being kept in the dark a month later...

Better communication was all we wanted from QED going forward at the last AGM and JM promised he would be more open.. not seeing that right now..

On a personal level, I am quite heavily invested and believe in the products, don't get me wrong..

How many times have QED announced a Trial to start "early something" and two months later we were still waiting..

The question is not if eventually things have or will happen(ed) or not, but the un-professionalism (aka BS) of announcing timings that are unrealistic...

I don't know which jobs you have guys, but in my job, if I announce something to happen at a specific date, it better happen at that date....

MSC, if they just monitor a little bit what QED is communicating, like MSC tripartite agreement will be announced in December, can only think that this company is not serious...

Why would they engage with a company BSing their shareholders....?

It is often like that at this time. it narrows down the closer you get to the opening..

We all secretly hope they would go that route for sure..

The smart thing to do for QED, when they announce the contract with MSC, is also to announce another round of funding to surf on the good news and get better results than with the last round...

That will make a shift of the decimal point less likely short term, but undoubtedly allow QED to survive until it goes commercial.. we'll just have to be patient..

I am not alleging foul play, my main point was that to get QED, perhaps Shell and MSC in one room, it is not something you organise on the fly... so if JM says December, it is likely that the date is known..

On the other hand, unless they sign a pdf and send it per Mail and actually meet in person for the final signature, one would expect the date to be settled already to bring all the parties together ;)

So either it is the case and the date is known already, or JM misled us..

Agree it is all only speculation and not in for 3p either…

It could be a game changer for the SP though :)

So today we got confirmation that a Trial agreement WILL be signed in December with MSC and all the people are focused on, is potential funding...

So on such major news we get -4 % on the SP...

I get that funding is important, but still...

Because last year's somewhat similar news didn't come across very well and the SP started dipping...

Seems everybody is waiting for the AGM, no volume at all this morning..

I hope JM and team will be able to show confidence today..

At this point, all the news have been published and the difference will be made by the presentation itself and whether it inspires confidence or not..

It doesn't seem to have any effect on the SP though
