3p again?

Of course, latest tomorrow since JM confirmed twice yesterday that the MSC agreement would get signed in Q1.. (being sarcastic? meh.. perhaps..)

Indeed it seems much easier to raise funds than to sell anything....

and with the comfy salaries some of them have, why change..

What worried me was JM's reply, when asked if this current placement was the last one and the lack of confidence shown when replying...

What I loved was the quote on the MSC slide... it was from 2022

In almost two years, they couldn't get a more encouraging quote???

I can't believe that JM said twice that the Agreement would be signed by end of Q1.. that leaves 2 days...

More wishful thinking IMHO...

One thing is sure though, it isn't signed yet, else we would have had an RNS...

Seems pretty clear though, else they would have written Q1...

Without mentioning the number of weeks....could be as many as 12 until end of Q2...

Based on that new delay I expect the SP to go under 1p again… not great for the OO…

So far we only know of a potential Morocco trial that would generate revenue... MSC, if it happens, not sure..

Note that the last placing wasn't even 9 months ago.... so we might even see another one in 24...

Very delighted indeed if tomorrow, especially if it also comes with some kind of revenue for the trials... one can always dream :-)

6 trading days left, and if they had to announce something it would not make any sense to do it on Thursday evening before Good Friday to meet the deadline anyway..

So yes we could get some news on Tuesday..

Last year's SP evolution was a bit different after the placing RNS..

First our outgoing position was 1.9p and not 1.49, it dropped to 1.2 immediately after the placement RNS on July 7th, but it remained pretty stable for over a month until it dipped further on Aug 18th due to the Morocco pump fiasco then even more on Aug 24th, when we learned that the Valkor Money wouldn't come in.. this was then followed with a lack of progress in Morocco to reach an all time low of 0.66p on Oct. 12th...

What I am trying to say here is that as long as we get positive news, like a tripartite announcement end of this month, the SP shouldn't suffer as much and the OO might even be a good deal...

Now if we don't get any positive news, it might go otherwise...

OO is one share for every 19 shares held, vs 8 last time.. isn’t that shooting oneself in the foot and possibly even be less successful?

Last time the OO was 38% successful…

Last time we saw the SP go down as low as 0.66p..

So again, why buying at 1.25, when with a little patience you can get the same sub 1p, this is not charity here…

My bet is that the success of the open offer will be even less successful..

This could only work if a major announcement comes very soon to keep the SP stable, else QED could not even make enough money to last till EOY…

Are they the same than those that wanted us to apologize to JM for all the fantastic work he did? 😂

Only positive I would see is if a bombshell RNS comes in, that would sustain the SP at a certain level and make the offer at 1.25p attractive…

The other RNS seemed vague on that agreement point and already puts us in 2025 for the end of the trials… another year gone…
