And the milestone shown by JM on Nov 27th regarding the MSC Agreement in Dec 23 hasn’t happened yet.. I hope this one will come asap..

Also do I understand from the RNS that the agreement with MSC isn’t signed yet? It is unclear..

I so dearly wish to be proven wrong, but since Leandra needs to go through dry dock in Q1, there is no rush on the MSC side to sign any agreement right now..

I would me surprised if the agreement only materialises in Q2…

Not every day saying the same stuff SC, but an update saying that the agreement is under review and potentially planned for week NN, would be possible, no?

What annoys me are not necessarily the admin delay, albeit frustrating, but the lack of communication and visibility..

The hike up will all depend if fresh investors get in or not.. if some commercial revenue is to be expected in a reasonable time frame, etc.

We can't just keep the SP alive on our own.. doubt it will come back to Maersk levels in the short term though..

Would be nice ti understand what JM understands as "due course"..

And there are no straws of hope to clutch on, since some member here got some PM from JM that lawyers were checking and the tripartite agreement would be announced in due course...

Indeed, it just started with a sarcastic comment from my side.. I must say that thereafter were some very interesting comments on the legalities of it, so not completely useless...

What would be funny, is if MSC, a privately held company that has no duty to communicate to its shareholders, already signed the damn paper, but asked QED to sign an NDA..

In fact Jason and friends are already drinking champagne since Dec23.. :-)

I agree with both.. some comment are sometimes childish and petty (mine included) :-)

I also agree that while IIs don't care what gets posted here, some other retail investors could be scared off by some of the comments...

Are you saying that JM never dealt with lawyers before, when he promised us Dec23?
