I don't think so, in their 2023 Sustainability report, MSC wrote this:

"We are also a Mission Ambassador partner with the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, where we are also involved in collaborative projects with a range of stakeholders working towards the common goal of maritime decarbonization"

Probably why we had the Marine Update RNS last week, to "reassure" us in advance...

This could be us among others though:

Note that the words "emulsion", "oil-in-water" can't be found either, as opposed to in the 2022 sustainability report of MSC...

It doesn't shound that these alternatives play an important role in MSC's transition, unlike LNG, which is mentioned dozens of times...

Quadrise or QED are not mentioned once in name..

on page 49, you just have this in the timeline:

Well that is no news...

My guess is the MSC sustainability report is coming out today or tomorrow and quadrise is hardly mentioned in it, and JM wanted to get ahead of it saying.. no no, trust me it is still on...

With the MSC sustainability report just around the corner, (last year's having been audited by EY on June 21st.) I wouldn't be surprised if we get some good piece of news this week or early next for MSC to have something nice to show for ..

In the last proactive investors video, JM also commented that the Mac2 permits were in the bag, wouldn't that piece of news be a good candidate for an RNS?

Perhaps this explains the delay with the MSC and Cargill announcements.. maybe they don't care about MSAR and BIOMSAR anymore and want the MSAR Zero now...
